My goodness - girl you are as strong as an ox! One of the best upper body workouts I've found - everyone should have a hammock in their house, if only for upper body! Saving this video and subbed!
HAHAH THANK YOU FOR THIS! Since I am always challenging myself I never felt strong. I am slowly feeling it tho and I do agree that everyone should have a hammock if their space allows! More videos are coming soon!
This is so great! Didn’t know I have a complete gym in my home. Super pedagogic too. I’m a 45 year old overweight beginner and most of the exercises are still too hard for me but I slowly starting to get stronger. Just what I needed. Thank you 💕
That is awesome!!!! That's also exactly why I made these routines - I never go to a gym! When I planned these routines they were always super hard for me on day 1. Day 2 I always try to finish at least half without stopping in between. Day 3 I always try to finish FULL without stopping in between Day 4 Take a full day rest Day 5 I film. I know the timing is tight but since I had this filming schedule and mindset to "I will get this down by filming day," I have improved a lot faster. After the videos are live, I follow 1-2 a day depending on the goal of the week, while training the next ones. I honestly have never grown this far and fast. Hopefully you are too! Right now I have been training too much on strength and flexibility is going back a lot! So will focus on that first and then make more aerial fitness! Nice to have you here Asa!
@@aerialpractice No, I am just at the very beginning level😂, quite interested in the aerial yoga😅! Your video really helps practicing the warmup!😀😀 Will keep watching your videos for practicing!!🥰🥰 👍👍
Manya I also wished it for a long time and consciously searched for a place for it the last time I moved. It was so hard tho! I wanted a higher ceiling but I decided I will use what I have and prepare myself for a real aerial space.
@@ClarissaJohnstone Oh we are exactly the same. My boyfriend usually does the gear and one time I caught him forgetting how to do it and just randomly made something, but i caught him and asked if he wanted to kill me haha! Safety is no joke!
Which is your favorite exercise? I like seated pull ups because it feels like pull ups are doable😂
Regular pullups.
all of them!!
