Slow and steady wins the race! I just started about 2 months ago and also greatly underestimated the need of upper body strength lol Slowly getting there. It's been hard for me to tell between the pain of actually hurting myself and the pain from pushing the limit since I have fibromyalgia. While at the same time, some other pain is being relieved.
YES i totally understand this EXACT pain. It took me really long to learn how to understand it. If you are available and interested, join us to train together in Portugal in 2025, there are only a few days left to sign up as the spots are filling up, but i think you'll have a lot of fun in week1.
