Those tricks were insane how do you not get hyped after any of them. The flip under up the curb, the standing walk to back scuff, the bay-trey, the bay flip back and forth thing, the thing for alex anderson all blew my mind

Favourites from this one for me: - That one jump to scuff coast at 8:05... - The flip-under up the curb. - The 180 late back down the curb. - All of the bay stuff... Thanks for saying I look cute- I sure am trying my hardest out here 🥰🤣 The FX 30 has been super fun to play around with recently. For this video I used a Sony 15mm F1.4 prime lens. I've been missing a quality wide lens, and this for sure fills that gap. I also recently got a TTartisan 50mm F1.4 Tilt-Shift lens, Which you can see being used in the teaser clips at 15:04. This lens is mostly used stylistically to create focus going deeper into the scene rather than a horizonal line "across" the frame as a normal lens would do. It's seriously so much fun to use.
Oh man, a lot of people who are in extreme sports don’t focus on nutritional fuel. I know I never did at my peak of unicycling. Mental health can affect eating for real. It’s so much work sometimes so thanks for including that. But I ate Culver’s most days of my life in high school and I look back and wonder what could’ve been if I had been more mindful of the things and macros I was putting in my body. You can get away with fricking around and finding out with nutrition when your in your adolescence, but in reality what could’ve been??? Siiiiiick video dude I love every minute
Yes exactly! There's so much that can be optimized within unicycling but nutrition is the most boring part for me 😂 It's a tough but super important aspect that I don't think is talked about enough
Totally agree re: food intake specifically to unicycling. Noticed a few years ago the pronounced difference in ability and mental exhaustion during sessions after eating a decent meal vs some chips. Doesn't even compare to other sports.
I'm so glad other people relate with this haha. Unicycling is just so ridiculously taxing. Both physically and mentally like you're talking about. It can be a real bad combination when you're both mentally and physically exhausted and don't know when to stop before getting hurt.
I got a Sony FX30! It is a really great camera for my uses. Always gotta represent helmet wearing haha, I've already had enough concussions for one lifetime.
Honestly, I pretty much just use it for unicycle videos. I've been getting more experimental and conceptual with a lot of upcoming plans for projects, so I'll really just use it for whatever videos I wanna make in the future.
