My worst experience with darts was when I blew up half of them playing as a warlock with a crossbow and wanderous resin. It happened twice in metropolis due to additional cursed blowing zaps My main zap kills the enemy and additional curzed zap blews up the darts😢
Nice! Very anticlimactic though :P I was expecting you to look in your inventory and be like "oh shoot, I don't have any stones of aggression, potions of invis, or hourglass of time charges left!"
oh sorry :( For me it felt pretty bad using 3 of them and that many health potions, I think being low level may have played into how low my mitigation was.
@@runningfromcake Never feel bad about using consumables! That's what they're there for! I think the true goal should be to use all of your consumables by the end of the run! You can't take them with you after all
interesting interaction I hasn't seen before; the bomb went off immediately because it was on a fire trap, idk if that was thrown or lit & thrown, but it ignited & exploded in zero turns because the fire got through it's fuse I guess
You got any on diet tips, I am struggling a lot with this challenge in my 4 challenge run, could not even complete sewers because of lack of healing and crabs and slimes
There are a few answers for "on diet" runs: Upgraded potion of purification. The best of the bests - it completely restores ur satiety, it removes hunger. When u see a gas filled room with those gold piles in it, it means that one of the potions u find on this floor will be purity one, its better to tank gas damage to collect this gold if u want it because u restore lost health on early floors fast anyway, then upgrade it with alchemy and future ones and keep em for removing hunger debuff. You want to eat only when you're "red" with quite a low HP. I usually eat when hunger is red and less than half hp bar. Don't skip fishies, and it's better to freeze their and crabs meat than to burn it, cause sometimes it gives u healing, invis etc. You either poke piranhas with long-range weapons like whip/spear (i always carry one with me just for those purposes), or drag em to urself with chains, or blast em out of the water with blasting wand. Also try to save ingredients and make pies with an alchemy than just eating it separately. Resetting ur hp/hunger with an ankh. Kill the boss, buy an ankh, don't bless it with water. Kill some stuff untill u see u r in danger (red hunger, low hp), go back to that empty boss floor and die there - its safe place cause there is no trash mobs there. Voila, ur hp/hunger restored to full. Speed ring/enchant on an armour - the faster u move, the more distance u will cover for the same satiety loss
@@aleksandrmonastyrov6183 thanks for the tips but all of these are mid game tips I need to get past 3rd and 4th floor with good hp but due to hunger I am unable to heal properly and crabs and slime take too much ho and for the goo fight I am left with less then half hp Any tips for that
hmm what are the other challenges that you have on? Fima and pharma? It sounds like you are taking a lot of damage. I'd be down to do a coaching video sometime if you'd like.
@@runningfromcake I would love to be your student sir but I have network problem with limited data My challenges are simple 4 challenge runs hostile champs, darkness, badder bosses, on diet I have finished 3 challenge runs a few times but on diet challenge ruins my runs in the 1st few floors Usually food is the only source of healing for me in starting floors unless I get a few potions of healing from flies
@@runningfromcake but most of the times it is not a reliable strategy to depend upon flies My hunger goes on and the damage from crabs and slimes adds on I tried to watch your gameplay but could not figure out your strategy to counter hunger I have only once made it past goo with on diet only due to good armor and potions drops

haha nice, I really wanted to save those scrolls for the final fight but now that I've committed to farming more I know I'll get a bunch more.

Okay I found another spd mod, sumong pixel dungeon, it apparently adds a whole new type of weapon and class and is fun and challenging overall
