120g unsalted butter
45g icing sugar
30g eggs
180g flour
8g matcha powder
8g cocoa powder
🔸 Mochi
50g glutinous rice flour
20g corn starch
10g caster sugar
110g milk
10g unsalted butter
🔹 曲奇 (~18 个)
120g 無鹽黃油
45g 糖粉
30g 全蛋液
180g 麵粉
12g 抹茶粉
12g 可可粉
🔹 麻糬
50g 糯米粉
15g 玉米澱粉
10g 砂糖
110g 牛奶
10g 無鹽黃油

they can last around 2 days in room temperature. You can refrigerate up to 1 week, but the mochi may harden slightly.
You can also freeze the prepared cookie dough. When you want to enjoy them, simply take them out and bake for the best texture 😊
