We have a few pigeon friends that fly in Minnesota MPC club. No Corn in your feed interesting 🤔. I have 116 youngsters banded and that’s only the first round. Those babies look too small to band you’ll have to keep checking to make sure they stay on. I had 2 bands come off luckily I found the bands. I ordered 300 bands every year and 25 money bands. Do you give your pigeons Grit? When pigeons are raising babies they need grit to help feed the babies. That splash is awesome love when birds are aggressive on the nest. Cool video

Yeah I have talked to a few older fellas here in MN, they have talked about flying clubs but during this time I got my hands full and not ready for any clubs. I feed the birds lots of corn but in this video I had not fully mixed the feed fully. I usually have some whole corn or pop corn mixed in the feed. This year I have started late with the breeding system and only have a few young ones to band at the moment. Winter still here as you can see haha it’s been nasty weather so far. So far the bands have stayed on for being 6 days old out of the eggs probably just being lucky. They’re a bit too young but I’m excited for the 2023 season. Keeping and eye on it daily and thanks for all the inputs it helps me learn from guys like you thanks
