Sir ya jinke liya plan Kiya tha unko stair nehi chahiye tha isiliye is plan main stair include nehi hai.but agar apko staircase banwana hai to bahar sa banwana padaga. Iron staircase

Par 770 sq ft ka ya house ko hi app is plot par banbaw baki ka jitna bhi area bacha ga o open area ka hisab sa use koro ya fir parking ka liya bhi use karsakta ho par agar abhi is House Deaign ko bada karka 770 sa 1500 sq feet ka banaoga to front ka jo look hai usma todisi dikkat dhakna ko mila ga.
