I have Road Blaster for Sega CD and for the iPhone. There is another game Cobra Command I think its made by the same people that made Road Blaster and that was on Sega CD and its also on the iPhone. It looks like a G.I. Joe cartoon.
Ah I forgot about that site lol. Took a quick glance through, and I can tell you Legacy prototypes exist. How many, and how complete the game is unknown. But at least one copy has been sold off a public website, and most likely remains in the hands of a very lucky Japanese collector.
Nice pickups, some rare games you got there. The animation and clarity on Time Gal is amazing, if this game didn't usually go for a mint I'd think about picking up a Laseractive.
Yeah I saw that one sell. Price was a bit insane imo. As for Legacy, it could just be a video only demo disk. But there is at least one LaserActive stamped Legacy LD somewhere here in Japan.
This game is awesome. I wish they made more games like this nowadays. But.. no, modern day gaming is about Halo, Call of Warcraft, Blah blah.. I have this on Sega Mega CD. I don't have a MegaCD console, I have an emulator.
I probably have not played my Saturn version since a few months after I bought it in 96, but I *think* that the option screens and everything look exactly the same.
Woooooow! As much as I love my Saturn (and Mega CD!) version, that kills it. Although the Saturn version is smoother and has no pauses from what I remember. Is the Laseractive hooked up to any up scalling hardware because that picture looks fantastic. I don't think my CLD-R7G would look that good! Such a shame that none of the Taito or Data East LD games were revived for newer systems with their perfect FMV quality.
Impressive indeed! Out of curiosity, I added Time Gal Mega-LD to my wanted list on a Japanese site I buy games and laserdsics from after I watched this. They got a copy in stock just a couple of days later and were charging 92,000yen for it o_O. It was in stock for less than 2 days before it was sold.
lol suruguya. These days, if you can get a complete copy for less then $1,000 USD, you are getting a fair deal. Too many flippers and proxy users, anything half way decent sells instantly.
Yup, surugaya. I *usually* trust their prices to be what the game/LD is worth. Of course some things are overpriced as well as underrpriced compared to top shops in Akiba. It's easy to be underpriced when compared to the likes of Super Potato! If only the jerks would tell me if obi were included with the games and LDs I buy as they did when I lived in Japan, they would be perfect for me. Sadly, I am one of those dorks that sees a game/LD as incomplete without the obi so I always re-buy things just to get the obi. It's a curse. Somethings are just getting harder and harder to come by now, such as PC Engine SCDs so I may have to go without.
Actually, the LaserActive was sold in the US too. It also came with US versions of the Megadrive and PC Engine pacs, though I'm sure this game wasn't sold here (besides the version for the Sega CD with English dubbing). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaserActive
Why does she turn into a toddler every time she dies?

A lot yes, but hundreds less then it usually goes for. :)
@superdeadite Don't get me wrong, I love it when toddlers die.

I assume you mean just getting all the unique titles right? Are you man enough to get the true full Japanese set? (All the dual format titles.)

haha have fun eating ramen for the next month dude. I've got a nice pickup coming that's left me financially destitute too. Time Gal LD looks awesome!
LPP? Maybe I'm too drunk, but I don't know what site you mean.
Ich finde das Game echt Lustig ich hab es für Sega CD Pal, aber die Video Qualität ist bischen sehr Schwach im Vergleich zu anderen Systemen.
Awesome, I greatly enjoyed you putting this up and am quite envious of both of your purchases (not so much Zanac though :P )
nice pick ups man i drool when i see time gal too lol : )
I remember Time Gal on Sega CD. Nice find.
Great pick up. Time Gal is fun!
And the LaserActive is such an amazing machine!!!

No scaler here. Just the composite video line hooked up to my Sony TV. :)

I take it that console is not available in the States anywhere?
Nope it's a Japan exclusive.
