Ford pats security transponder ring troubleshooting

The ring used is common for ~2007+ Mustang, F150, Focus, Expedition, ect.
Ford PATS security related codes.
B1232 Transceiver internal antenna damaged. Replace transceiver
B2103 Transceiver internal antenna damaged. Replace transceiver

B1602
B1681 Transceiver signal not detected.
B2431 Key program failure (defective key or transceiver)

I was hoping for help. I've good voltage and grounds for both pcm and cluster. Power and ground at key transceiver. When I turn ignition on, no PATS light and 90% of instument cluster not on other that the battery, door ajar and Airbag lights. Cranks but not start, 2001 f150.
