@@Bonkus..while "canonically", in BMC bloons are artificially generated via Bloontonium gas. These are filled to bloons and are sent to neighbouring cities to raid them. It is said only the most wealthiest and cruelest monkeys are able to send blimps to another city

You have no idea how long I've searched for BTD4 mobile. I tried to find computer downloads to emulate it, but my computer has admin and my dad forgot the password so it doesn't let me play with emulators. I tried to play an APK download of the game but everytime I closed the game it reset all the progress. I EVEN tried finding the Dsi version for it, and when I loaded it onto my emulator it needed me to do something to make the file playable... which I needed my computer which my computer ALSO needed admin to do THAT... My final attempt was reviving my Amazon Kindle because you can buy the game there. I bought the game, played it for a few days. And eventually the game just stopped opening. I checked the reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. I contacted NK about it and they said something about not having the rights to BTD4 anymore... so I'm stuck to using the NK archive version.
The mobile version is also the best way to play 4 with the addition of the Honeybear Bee from TD 5, and the HD tablets version looks beautiful... There's no Sandbox Mode in it though
The mobile version definitely looks substantially better, I didn't know it didn't have sandbox mode though. Still worth getting if someone is interested in the game though

good question, will edit after watching Edit : Good video, fun watch, i look forward to watching more videos and i hope you will do well with your channel
spike factories are pretty dang jank in this game. they can only place on path nodes (the points that bloons travel between, including the entrance and exit), and bloons that split a lot or have a lot of HP can relatively easily pass over them. this funnily makes the tower actually significantly dependent on path shape, it's better on curves so that it has more nodes to distribute spikes across.
@@Phenomix the slipping by can happen in btd5 and btd6 too, though collisions happen far more frequently in those games (in BTD6 i'm pretty sure it's completely foolproof until the bloons are fast enough to blip across the spikes in one frame) and there's a much greater attempt to prevent it. btd4 just kinda, lets it happen, and i think the bloons can't collide with too many spikes in a single frame (unlike btd5/6 where a bloon touching 1000 spikes _will_ collide with all 1000 in the same frame). so it's more like trying to pass through an acidic slime than a wall of steel spikes. that plus the spikes being placed on the literal exit node of the track caused you to lose a trickle of lives despite definitely not running out of spikes.
It's definitely a lot better than I had expected, especially because there is so little content on the game today. I'm really glad you enjoyed the video as well!
