Really good choice going for Earth Goddess, faith is going to be vital for buying in units I think. Feels like Reyna will be needed here to get some kind of gold income going too. Pillaging will be huge once you are on the war path but no trades for early eco is really tough. One upfront gold trade with each AI before surprise war would have been okay I think, it would still all be in the same turn as meeting them...think of it like advance pillaging!
I like the idea of perma war with Alex, but you know, it could be even funnier with Eleanor (steal city under their 👃 when they're attacking your city 🤣), Gandhi (slap in that grievances out of nowhere just because it's criminal staying in war with India), and dulcis in fundo, gilgabro in "hateeverybody" mode, just because why not 🤣🤣🤣

hey ursa, i have put about 400 hours into civ 6 over the past couple years and recently i have just lost interest - i can’t bring myself to play a game through. any tips on staying motivated? big fan here btw :)
Hey! Variety = ) I play so many different styles of game with so many tactics that the game feels new = ) Often the bit that puts me off is difficulty and time. Crank the game down to prince and play a Medieval / Renassance start - the game is faster and just as satisfying = )
I am currently playing a Macedon game in this map ... LOL Became a bit boring because I won the early war over Byzantium My bet is that this will be crashing a lot

Yeah I was tempted to do the gold thing but I thought it wasn't in the spirit of the run - I wouldn't judge anyone for doing it though!
