It is a knight's honor to be wounded in the service of his Princess. 'Tis a sign of loyalty in the face of adversity. Plus, I loved the accent. I'm ready for more parts to this adventure.
Addendum 1: I thought more of that Papa Bear Lumberjack story. It could be called "Little Red Riding Scarlett". Though it sounds redundant. Might need to be workshopped. I also reckon Scarlett would need to take Baby Bear's old bed, since its just right. Papa Bear's bed is too hard, though it could be an excuse for *platonic* cuddling, since he's soft. Mama Bear has since passed away, so no worries there, and I reckon he got rid of it, due to the memories it held. Some parts need to be workshopped.
Addendum 2: The inverse, as I've said would be a Prince and his lady knight. I would call her, My Valkyrie. Her shield protects me in life and carries me in death. Thus, the job of a Valkyrie.
