I wasn't able to do LAB2V this year (2023) but me and Brian did go up to Rocky Gap Road (just outside Las Vegas) and film the bikes going through. Hope you enjoy.
Have done this ride, several times. Sooo much fun!! This section is always the highlight. Best part is after finishing, recounting the entire route with people that you didn't know at the start, and becoming close friends with them after. And staying in contact, sharing many other riding adventures for many years since. The dirt bike community is like no other, that I have experienced. Best people on the friggin planet, hands down!!!
Great vid. It is cool seeing all the riders make their way through there especially the ADVs. I still have my 640 adv, but if I make it out that way, I'm definitely taking my 350.
I guess that along with being super exhausted, the tall seat height can cause people to not get a good footing and fall over a lot on tough sections like this. This is a lot of good footage, thanks for getting out there and filming it even though you couldn't ride this year.
Can you also share what you use to record while riding and also what drone you use? I'm thinking of doing this Trail and would like to record it as well
Great video and loved the comments, reminded me of Bruce Brown from On any Sunday 👍

That’s awesome! Thanks for taking the time to go up and get some footage!

Great video mate. So lucky to have these roads...

the thing that makes it hard is you can't just take any line you have to the available line with all the bikes!
Does anyone let air out of their tires before this section or do you all just go through as is? How many psi are you running?
They just go through as is. They are exhausted. They are probably running around 13-15 psi, depending on the bike.
the guy on minute 14:00 the bike is overheating that can damage the bike/ blow the radiator.. why nobody tells him to stop and cool the bike down...
Really lousy rider too, no offense
I was thinking the same things
Some pf those people should really stick to the main road
When was this?
They would have done this section two days after Thanksgiving, Nov 25, 2023.
Yikes. A lot a really bad riding
