NF is my favorite current artist. I love Eminem, I told you I have every album, but I will never understand why Eminem took a shot at this kid. Dude has his own style and has reached me in ways Eminem never did. And NF idolizes Eminem which is why that one line has always bothered me. Would love to see NF reactions. I recommend the song The Search.

@@ToneyReactions oh he’s so dope. Nate actually has an interview where he commented on it. In typical Nate (NF) fashion he was a class act. Dude doesn’t even swear but he has the hardest beats and raps. Not one cuss word. Four albums. One triple platinum song. No cussing. It’s absurd how talented he is and how hard it really is to hear a rapper who doesn’t swear to rhyme bars. Eminem bends words in ways I would never consider but these mumble dudes literally swear to rhyme. NF has so many flow patterns and weird pockets he finds on beats and internal and external rhyme schemes. Him and Tech N9ne seem to be cool. I’m hoping at some point they work together and possibly chop on a song. Nate said he doesn’t know for sure snd he has always said he wouldn’t get dragged into a beef on a maybe. He has said that always. He also said he respects Eminem too much as an idol of his.
Nate is likely one of the only people who could even remotely go at Eminem. It’s because Nate is creative genius making his first album a mansion that’s his mind and the rooms are emotions that live there and he raps about his life like that. It’s amazing. I think Em didn’t simply use a name because he knows NF isn’t a dumb mumble rapper and is intelligent. Em also didn’t swear on purpose. Nate doesn’t swear. Eminem loves to swear. Clear dig.

Honestly this is a song that doesn’t annoy me if someone has seen. None of Eminem’s older stuff annoys me either. I think it takes on different meanings when you’re breaking it down vs just listening or when you’re older and in a different place and hear an old song.
