Heard the same talking point in Nov-22 I Kharkiv. Russia made large attack arrows that never materialised except as memes. Alot of Russian supplies are flowing through the region making a precarious logistic situation worse for RAF. If Russia can manage to counter attack, UAF can conduct fighting withdrawal
