This is great that its all coming back together! I'm inerested in learning more about how the railroad lays in the land, could you make a video about landmarks along the railroad?
About 2, maybe 2 and a half. I haven't gotten a report that the bridge hit by the boom truck has been repaired so I can only guess they're...there. Also the line isn't stopping at Colgate Grove, it will be stopping in Shirleysburg 1 mile north of Colgate Grove. The state gave a grant of 1.4 million dollars to extend the line north to shirleysburg, get the buildings stabilized, the shops operational, and Colgate Grove completely rebuilt! So be ready, and once those things are done the foundation/railroad will be heading south for Pouge, three Springs, and Saltillo! My favorite town on the East Broad Top, and favorite station. So stay tuned for more news!
At this point no one really now's the exact location of anything anymore, I've even heard it from Brad our general manager who says he doesn't know what we've done with half the things in the yard. So to be completely honest I don't have an exact answer to that, we might have but it in storage for the moment or we completely removed it, I do not know.

To be honest I think that's in storage. Or it deteriorated to nothing which some things have the tendency to do. I would probably guess that's a 1960s-1970s photo just because of the track condition of track one if you look at later photos in the 80s it shows some deterioration but not much in this photo
@@justingilmore5813 I have another video from the 1960's that shows the lower switch stand in place also. I am not not nit picking, both styles would be historically" correct, I was just wondering what happened to the taller one? Maybe a road accident took it out over the tourist years, "Look honey a steam train...Crash !!" Ha ha I don't know either.

At 01:33 you show the switch stand for #2 track, that switch stand used to be mounted on a tall stanchion about 4 ft tall, what happened to it?
