Hello Aqsa. Though I am from kerala I understood your Hindi. I ran out of Tomato so I searched "no tomato lamb curry" and I got you. Only difference was yhat here in Ontario, Canada our lamb is so young that cooking time is so less. That whole garlic really gives a unique flavor. Love you. Keep up the good work. Totally unique. Do you have any idea why that whole garlic changes everything?
