Ingredients:
Mutton 2kg (You can use any red meat for this recipe)
Onion 400gms (5medium size)
Green Chilies 6 (for gravy)
Green Chilies 3 (for garnish)
Salt 1tbs
Water 2 cups
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Yoghurt 500gms (1.5cups)
Lemon Juice of 2 lemons
Ginger Slices for garnish
Lemon slice for garnish

exactly. I went to Indian restaurant in Austin and got a chicken dish. it was so spicy i told my wife you care barely taste the chicken meat, it's just the spices we can taste. lol
In Pakistan we don't like so many masala in meat because meat has own flavor

i always add black pepper in namkeen ghosht.
