My English white friends would love it when my mum made this 😋
My Grandmother used to make this! Reminds me of civiche except instead of raw fish there is salt fish (which is called baccala in spain and italy) Love this one.

This looks delicious, a few years ago I started combing codfish with pasta it is to this day the most requested dish at my get togethers. I have added all different kinds of veggies to it over time and it is finger licking good.
Salt fish , onion, tomatoes, boil oil, blackpepper then shake everything together, in my days it was called " pick up saltfish"
I love this so much my father use to make it with home made coconut oil this brings back a lot of good memory's 💕

Finally found out how long salted fish should be soaked. Makes a big difference to soak 8 hrs/-changing the water at least once!
