Some of my friends and I are wondering what we could do to help the people of Donbass and Lughansk and to develop friendships between Australians and people there and in RUssia.
There is an organization called Donbass Humanitarian Aid (they have a Patreon page and a UA-cam channel) which serves the people of Donbass.
Friendships - I personally am learning Russian; I take lessons (e.g. on Italki) and do language exchanges (Russian-English) to make Russian friends. You could also travel to Russia if you have the means 🙂To make friends in Donbass - I don't know about online friendships; it's probably possible, but you may have better luck if you speak Russian.
Would love to see Ahed Tmimi and Faina Savenkova speaking to each ither. They voth have something in common. Resistance.
