Let’s refute this once and for all! Timestamps:
0:00 What did Jesus actually said about the Law?
4:30 What does it mean that Jesus fulfilled the Law?
6:44 Are there parts of the Law that are carried over to Christianity?
8:00 Did Paul keep the Law of Moses?
9:57 What about laws there are not explicitly mentioned in the New Testament? Eg sexual ethics and sabbath.
12:48 Jesus is the True Torah-the Law of Moses was a shadow
16:23 What does it mean that the Law is in our minds?
17:07 Did God said he will prepare a new law for us to keep? If so, who’s law?

Sam, you again don’t get the topic. Circumcision is still the Law, BUT telling gentiles they must have this painful procedure to be allowed in synagogue you push them away before they can learn. If you set the bar for entry low they come and learn and as they grow they want to make God happy. In time they will decide to be circumcised. We have to be circumcised, and we have to be baptized. He said circumcise by 8 days. He didn’t say until I send Messiah.

I disagree. I agree Christians are not under the law of Moses but disagree with your break down and the rant about the word; fulfill which is not a magical bible word fulfill means fulfill. Fulfill means the law was fulfilled but Jesus being sinless and dying being both a permanent sacrifice to pay for sin once and for all. Fulfilling the prophecy is completely different than fulfilling the law-these are separate and different and though Jesus did both they are unrelated other than the fact the one prophesized about would be a savior.

@@gb123-ej8wh Dude you simply don't understand the Book of Galatians at all.
Yeshua didn't come to destroy the Mosaic Law, because the Mosaic Law will be used to Judge the world (Romans 3).
*Second Born of Spirit believers* have been REDEEMED from the Mosaic Law (Galatians 3:13.) so that we can become *adopted children of promise* (Galatians 4:5. and 4:28.)
We are *NOT under or subjected to authority of the Mosaic Law*, we are *under GRACE*, (Romans 6:14.)
And based upon what Yeshua said to Nicodemus in John 3:2-7., the only way for anyone to to see and enter the Kingdom of Heaven (let alone being a Pharisee or scribe) is to be a *second born of Spirit* and receive the *RIGHTEOUSNESS of FATHER GOD* as a free gift of Faith.

Can you please show me anywhere in the New Testament, where somebody received the Holy Spirit without first learning Gods Commandments, realising that they were sinners, repenting of sin, and OBEYING THOSE COMMANDMENTS?
Did you know that there are Commandments, Statutes and Laws? Did you know that Abraham obeyed these same Commandments Statutes, and Laws 430 years before Moses was reminded of them? Gen 26:5.

Many Christians have not learned the difference between Gods Laws, Statutes, and His Commandments.
You can usually tell those who cannot discern, because they wrongly bundle them all together and call them the Law of Moses.
Actually, the reality is that Abraham kept these exact same Laws, Statutes, and Commandments way back 430 years earlier than Moses ever did - see Gen 26:5
I can assure you that no matter what you believe, every human will be judged according to those 10 Commandments.
We aren't judged according to the Book of Faith, nor the Book of Belief, but by the Book of Works!

To give a bit of context where I see that it is teached weak between christians:
-The law of moses was given by a ceremony covenant and was from then on valid
-levitic priests were the only ones with authority to meditate between God and covenant people
-because the role of levites was so important it was necessary to prove you're a levit. That's why there a huge name register. Especially after 1st exile and destroying of the temple.
-Now very important!: God did a huge judgment on the mosaic covenant/law by destroying AD70 the temple and bring such chaos to Israel, that it was no longer possible to realise who is a levit or not. All name registers were destroyed! That's super important. Since AD70 it`s no longer possible to have a covenant with God through the law of moses or to please him. The law says, if you break one commandment you are guilty of the whole law. If you cannot keep one or two commandments of them all, then it's no longer possible to keep it.
-Jesus did a new ceremony covenant with us through the Holy Communion. He even gave a law: one commandment-> *To love one another like He loves us* (John 15: 12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. )
-By going to the cross Jesus shows his love to us and how this kind of love looks like. (John 15: 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.)
-This one commandment is the only commandant we have to follow as Christians. Every law written in the Bible has to be interpreted through this one commandment.
(1.st John 3: 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.)
By doing this one commandment you believe in Jesus.
-You see, the law/contract/covenant has changed for us, because Jesus died on the cross and by Jesus destroing the Temple and Levitic Priesthood AD70 (Revelation of John shows the paradigm switch from old to new covenant. Old temple to new temple)

Besides that one commandment to love others as he has loved you, Jesus also requires works (Matthew 25:31-46), which when done for others he will regard as having been done for him, and neglecting to do them he will regard as having neglected him.

    Love Sam's exegesis!
The Law lovers really enjoy the
    "Did not abolish it" part
but they sure like to ignore that
    "fullfil it" part.

Some may ignore the "fulfill" part, sure. Some may even insist on the law as though salvation may be found in it. Folly. We are not under the law as the method of salvation, but we delight to see the law in the hand of Christ, and desire to obey the Lord in all things. Since Jesus did not abolish the Law but rather fulfilled it, we can rejoice in our obedience to God and his Law, our works having been first justified by atonement by our Lord and God Jesus the Messiah.

There is a word to describe people who think the Law of Moses can be disregarded : hypocrites.
If you can disregard the law of Moses then what ? You can steal, kill, lie, covet, commit adultery, isn’t it what you’re saying ? That Christ died once and for all for all sins ever committed, so that it gives you a free pass to sin innit ? but how is it that people die then ? Since the wages of sin is death ?
The Law that Jesus talks about is the Law of Moses, he only clarified everything saying adultery is not just doing it, but starting to lust after a woman with your eyes and conceiving it inside of your mind in the first place, even before committing it you’re already planning it ; or with murder : that being angry and insulting someone is considered a murder in God’s eyes.
Jesus fulfilled the Law in keeping the Law of Moses all his life, fulfilled the prophets in doing and living what was announced for him to live, and he asked one thing of us all if we truly love God, and him also : to keep the LAW GIVEN BY GOD, TO MOSES.
It’s only after you’ve kept the Law of Moses that you can reach Christ and follow him, you cannot otherwise and it is the condition by which you prove faithfulness to God and Christ. Anybody can say they believe in Jesus, words mean nothing on their own, and though you can fool people saying you’re a Christian, but you cannot fool nor hide the truth to God.
People call it the law of Moses as if the Law had been created by a human being on his own, Moses, which is fallacy of the Scriptures ; it is literally God who gave the Law to Moses and inscribed it on tablets of stone, and also spoke it directly to the people at Sinai.
Moses died because he killed an Egyptian, and so did David because of the murder of Beershebas first husband, or again Salomon and his complete falling away from every law of the Torah, including murder.
The Law of Moses and the Law of Christ is the same, since we know Christ is God, therefore it is the same Law, and the Law stands since the first day of creation until the last, as clearly stated in Matthew 5:18 : until heaven and earth pass away, there shall be not even a stroke of the law of Moses that should be erased from the rules of life. Understand it, deny the truth of it, at the end of the day, the proof that you are from God is defined by what you do, not what you say.

@aaronloring7790 I have a fun way to defend this point. Not too long ago I was asked what explains why Paul said he was not under the Law of Moses, yet Christ Himself was (Gal 4:4)?
I thought he was referring to Romans 6:14. Not under Law, but grace? In his letter to the Romans, Paul was using the term _hupo nomos_ to refer to those under judgment of the law and found guilty. On the other hand, if hupo nomos can refer more broadly to those judged by the law, then it could also refer to those judged by the law and found innocent. Since it's widely acclaimed that Jesus was the only one to live perfectly according to the law and knew no sin, then I would surmise that he had no need to perform the laws requiring sacrifice for sin, having been judged innocent by Law.
Jesus was born into a world that was hupo nomos. Jews and Gentiles alike failed to obey what they knew was right and found themselves in prison, hopeless, without a savior. As Paul says in Romans 3:9-19, all people were found guilty. Paul quotes passage after passage to show that the scriptures themselves stand as witness against all peoples. All are without excuse and accountable to God for their sinful behavior. This is the world that Jesus was born into, of woman, under the law. Jesus came into this world to take on the wrath of God for me. He was in no way under the reign of sin personally, and yet he still bore the consequence of my sin. In fact, no one has been under the law, experiencing God’s wrath, like Jesus, as Isaiah has written of him [Isaiah 53:4-11].
Jesus died to free me from the consequence I deserve; removing the righteous Instructions on how to love and serve God and how to love man found within the Torah would also remove the reason why Jesus had to be offered as a propitiation on my behalf. God forbid that I who have died to sin should live any longer in it (Romans 6:2)! I have not been granted a license for disobeying the law, but rather a freedom from the condemnation of the law.

@Talancir i didn't know that doing the Lord's work was supposed to be fun... show me one example of a prophet doing God's will was all fun and games... If u have to explain your reasoning by giving a 5 page essay , it's almost always the simplest way to check them off any kind of discernment or wisdom.... If you have a reason why a certain way is this way or that way, should and can be described easily in a few versus maximum ... otherwise your just trying to confuse people in thinking that you're superiority in intelligence is far beyond the norm... stop the nonsense.

They thought that the purpose of the Mosaic Law was to bring Salvation (Life) to the doer of the Law. However, its true purpose was to point to Christ. And since the Mosaic Law was unable to give life, Jesus brought the Mosaic Law to fruition by fulfilling Divine Law, which required His blood to Atone for All Sin, which had its genesis in Eden. Therefore, anyone who BELIEVES IN HIM shall have eternal life: Sealed by the Holy Ghost🙏

The reasoning for Paul's quote in 1 Cor 9:19-23 is erroneous, because Paul did _not_ make himself all things to all people. Paul did not become a pagan to win pagans. Paul did not become an idolater to win idolaters. Paul did not become an adulterer to win adulterers. And, Paul did not give up Torah to win those who did not follow Torah.
Paul instead used Gentile cultural aspects to reveal the One True God, as we read in Athens (Acts 17:22-31). Here, Paul finds an object from Gentile culture, an altar to an unknown God and not one raised specifically for YHVH, and uses it to proclaim Christ crucified. He started with something they could understand and used it to preach the gospel. Paul therefore became as one "outside the law."

Sam is lying. Nowhere in the new testament the disciples kept the Sunday! Actually Paul was asked by Gentiles in Acts to come and to preach to them on a Sabbath day. The Sabbath was changed by pagan Constantine and pagan doctrine through the deception of Satan infiltrated the church through Catholicism.
“There is no authority in the New Testament for the substitution of Saturday for Sunday… It stands there in the bible as one of the Ten Commandmentsof God… For Catholics it is not the slightest difficulty… The church is above the Bible; and this transference of Sabbath observance from Saturday to Sunday is proof positive of that fact ” - The Catholic Record, Ontario, Sept. 1923.
“Perhaps the boldest thing, the most revolutionary change the church ever did happened in the first century. The holy day, the Sabbath was changed from Saturday to Sunday… Not from any directions noted in the Scriptures, but from the church’s sense of its own powers.” - Saint Catherine Church Sentinel, Algonac, Michigan May 21, 1995.
      Stephen Keenan, A Doctrinal Catechism, p. 174.
Q: “Have you any other way of proving that the church has power to institute festivals of precepts?
A: “Had she not had such power, she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her, she could not have substitute the observance of Saturday the seventh day of the week for the observance of Sunday the first day, a change for which there is no scriptural authority”
The roman Catholic Church has attacked the fourth commandment of God as well as the Second.

You should be more clear since the way you say it can be easily misinterpreted by lukewarm Christians to believe they can forego following the word of God with their own varied subjective interpretations of love. When in reality Paul is saying if we were truly loving we’d be keeping all of the Lord’s objective commandments to begin with.
“Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.” -Romans 13:8-10
I would agree with Paul. Love fulfills the law. Ppl that love God obey his commands. I hope ppl don’t misinterpret his abundantly clear explanation to mean you can ignore the Bible & do all sorts of sinful things as long as you’re nice to your neighbor. That certainly wouldn’t be what Jesus taught.

Christ came to fulfil the law because in order to redeem man from the penalty of the law which every man is guilty of, the law required a sacrificial lamb without blemish, who was perfect in obedience, sinless. And in order to break the bondage of the carnal flesh upon us, the eternal Son came in the likeness of sinful flesh and comdemned sin in the flesh, being perfectly righteousness before the law, so that those who are of the Spirit of Christ can walk in the Spirit, and not the flesh. For the carnal flesh is emnity against God and hates to obey his law, thus the reason why we're baptized of the Spirit.
So when Sam says the 4th commandment in the divine law is abolished, it's the carnal mind that is speaking, not the Spirit of Christ.

Yeshua followed the law perfectly. If He did not He would have been sinning. As John tells us in 1 John 3:6 "...sin is transgression of the law." Yeshua show the deeper and more important aspects of the law as per, Matt 23:23 "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone." Yeshua taught Torah and kept Torah. He also opened it to the deeper meanings that the legalistic and hypocritical Pharisees did not understand. Most people don't know enough Torah to see it in the New Testament. Yeshua kept it, the apostles kept it and even Paul kept it their entire lives. I counted 29 times in the book of Acts. All the commandments are His if He is God and He is.

This is a bit long but if you read the whole thing your eyes will be open and you will be blessed. As we all seek God and worship in spirt and only seek 100% truth.
All i hear is man talking not from God. (No offense to him as i like his channel)
A man said paul another man, worshipped God (as in keeping God's holy day) on a new day, instead of the one from God's 10 commandments. A man calls the 10 commandments man made laws, when God wrote his laws with his finger on two tablets made from stone. So the 10 commandments are either man made laws or God's law? Now where in the bible did God say his holy day from creation would be changed? I see mary still keeping God's law that after his death they waited till the holy day from creation passed before they went to jesus tomb. Luke 23:56 remember, these were the 3 woman's who were and walked with jesus but oh no man said the sabbath law was changed? So we ought to know that the 10 commandments is Gods laws given to moses for his followers to remind them what was written in the hearts of men. (Remember) means something that has already existed. Thats why it is better to say the sabbath is from creation because God's words say so. Now we must think and come to our own conclusions in the hope that it is truth and from God. Where in the bible did Jesus instruct his disciples that he was going to change his holy sacred day to worship him on? Because the 3 marys and the apostles didn't show any evidence of that new doctrine? He mentioned paul created a new changed holy day (first day of the week) paul is a pharisee and a son of a pharisee who keeps the creation sabbath holy. How did this man make up that paul another man changed the holy sacred day of God instead of showing us God did? Jesus warned us about false doctrines and to let no MAN deceive us for many will come in my name. (3rd commandment thy shall not use the lords name in vain.) This man also says the 10 commandments are gone but truth will show the devils lies. He brings up matthew 5:21-22 thy shall not kill but i say to you... still doesn't mean you can now murder. matthew 5:27-28 don't commit adultery but i say to you... still doesn't allow you to commit adultery? Matthew 5:18 says exactly what God has said. Now people, let me know when heaven and earth passed because I must have missed it? So called secret rapture, maybe? I dont know. Matthew 24:30-31 , 1 thessolonians 4:16-17 doesnt seems so secret there?
But how would we know when heaven and earth will pass as in Matthew 5:18? Lets read what God says and not man. Revelation 21:1 and i saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and first earth were passed away. Amen and blessed are they that do his commandments including the sabbath (from creation beginning to the end) that they may have rights to the tree of life.
Revelations 22:13 i am the beginning (creation of us all and everything) and the end.
Conclusion: the apostles and disciples of jesus still followed and kept the sacred day of the week holy to the lord as you have seen my verses. I am not a sda too he seems to think seventh day Adventist own the holy day. That would be an insult to Judaism and all the other different churchs that keep the sabbath day holy from creation. If you made it this far may God guide you bless you because he sees you are willing to seek the truth no matter what. Weather you agree with me or not God sees how sincere your heart is in seeking the truth and i hope you and i do till the end. Thumbs up if you read till the end. 👍🙏

Sam is confused because he doesn't grasp the Jewish arguments in the NT of 2nd Temple JUDAISM. Pharisee Talmud & Mishnah.
Torah of Christ has Heb 10 backing Jer 31:31 Ezekiel. 36:27 God's Laws.
New Covenant has a different atonement as the change & the Melchizedek Priesthood is Yeshua & no earthly Temple that is the change to the Law.
What is passing away. . Col 2 in greek says to keep the Laws of Feasts Sabbaths & Foods but not allow Judaism expectations of traditions that required abasement to men's traditions that made God's Law of no effect.
That was turning back to the the old Covenant abominated by corruptions that necessitated the New.
We follow God's Law but not in relation to an Earthly Temple & Priesthood but worship in spirit & truth like Jesus said to the woman at the well.....neither here ( in Samaria) or in Jerusalem.
Mark 7 tells you it is the traditions of men that make God's Law of none effect that Christ opposed. Moses Law IS God's Law it is the Covenant for atonement that changed.
If we don't keep these rhings Isaiah 66 says we will be punished. It describes the New Heavens & earth.
GOD'S Law is Moses but in a different Covenant now.

So you're saying that Yahweh and Yeshua had 2 different doctrines, even though in John 7:16 it states "Yeshua answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me."?? And what was Yahweh's doctrine? Proverbs 4:2 "For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law (Torah)."
The people wonder why the world is what it is today, that's what happens when people preach that the law is done away with, meaning we can do anything we want and still enter the kingdom. They also preach repentance, but repent from what? If there's no law there's no sin to repent from because sin is the transgression of the law (1 John 3:4)
You know what I also find confusing? Is that the law was 'only for the Jews', meaning Yahweh has given 1 group of people a set standard to live by to inherent the kingdom, and another group of people a free pass to do as they want (and follow man made commands) and can still inherent the kingdom. Hmmm, that does not sound like a 'just' God.
I confess I couldn't even watch the whole video as it's the same as all other videos that preach the same thing over and over again.

timestamp 10,34 contradiction: "where it is not stated that this is no longer binding or this command is a shadow, then we assume that the law of moses still stands." surely this applies to the sabbath as nowhere is it stated that the sabbath is no longer binding or that it's a shadow, and where does it say in Jesus' new commandments, or anywhere else in the bible, that the Sunday is the sabbath? In acts 15 don't forget verse 21. 19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.” meaning the general public already know the 10 commandments , that were reiterated and expounded on by Jesus, they just needed an extra couple of guidelines, not the full Jewish law in all it's details. Like you say Jesus didn't go into details about the sexual morality laws as it was assumed that people knew them, in the same way he didn't go into details about keeping the sabbath as it was assumed that everyone knew that the sabbath day was holy.

  • @educational4434

But the Sabbath day was not the Sabbath day for Israel only, Sam. The Sabbath day was established during the creation week. And even Jesus said it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath when all he had to say if he was abolishing it was to say that he is the Lord of the Sabbath and has decided it is to be done away with. Or, if we are going to say that the Sabbath was still in place because he had not been resurrected yet, then he could have told his disciples that the Sabbath is to be done away with after his resurrection and is no longer to be thought about at all and they no longer need to do anything special on the Sabbath or even refer to it anymore. But he didn't. And as far as I recall, his disciples/12 apostles continued to respect the Sabbath. And Jesus talks about what happens at the end of the age and to pray that your sudden fearful flight out of Jerusalem may not be on the Sabbath. Why would it matter whether it's on the Sabbath if the Sabbath doesn't matter anymore?

We are always under the law of God. But the law of God is expressed in different ways depending on the people and the age. I respectfully disagree. Jesus giving examples of the proper interpretation of the law doesn't mean all the rest of the law not mentioned is no longer valid. We are to live our life as Christ lived his life, in obedience to our heavenly Father; not for salvation, but to be a set apart people. Also, God's love language is obedience (if you love Him, you will obey Him). Jesus fulfilled ALL the Law (fulfill also means to "hit the mark" or properly interpret).... We should walk as our Saviour walked, which is/was in obedience to the Father's Law/Statutes - and we should do the same (not as a matter of salvation, but to be set apart people and to show Love to our heavenly Father).

All the laws, Jesus already took care of them all. You can't believe in Jesus Christ and still walk under the law. They're two parallel lines. They never meet!
To even think of observing any laws, simply means that you're trying to please God by your works, establishing your own righteousness, apart from Christ. You don't belong to God.
God sent Jesus Christ to redeem the soul of man. You must believe on whom He has sent. There's no other name under heaven by which you can be saved. Acts 4:12.
None of them died for you, they cannot even atone for their own sins, let alone yours. Thus, as long as you follow them, you're under bondage to them and to the spirit that leads them 2 Peter 2:19; Ephesians 2:12.
So, ask for daily infilling and leading of the Holy Spirit. Luke 11:13; Romans 8:9,14; 2 Corinthians 6:17; 2 Timothy 2:15!

This is subject to interpretation. The Law does not and cannot save you, but the Law is Christ's Law. Matt 23:23 "without neglecting the former". Gal 3:24 the Law put in charge to lead us to Christ. 1 Cor 5 is an instruction from Lev 20:11. 2 Tim. 3:16-17 says "all scripture " it's arguable Paul is referring to the Law and Prophets as the new testament had not been compiled. 1 Cor 6:9-10 will not inherit the kingdom of God, the behavior mentioned is taken from the Law.
It's dangerous to teach Christians to sin by continuing in sinful behavior because "Jesus changed the Law". The blood of Christ covers all sins. The only way to be saved is by faith in Christ. There is nothing you can do to add to what Christ has done. Christ is sufficient. It is not about diet, sacrifice, sabbath, circumcision, festivals, holy days, all of these are addressed specifically. Resist sinful behavior and give glory to God. Fight your battles against sin because of love for God.

Man we were so close to agreeing on everything on this one. How many Apostles did Christ pick. there was 12 original. Judas the betrayer is gone. Acts 1 they picked a replacement so that there would be 12 Matthias, then the Bible says Christ picked one more Paul Acts 9. I see no where in the Bible where authority was given to have more Apostles. now there will always be more disciples. but as we see in Acts 1 an apostles was one that was there from the beginning
So one of the men who have accompanied us during all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John until the day when he was taken up from us-one of these men must become with us a witness to his resurrection.”
    (Act 1:21-22 ESV)
so that put them back to 12 and Paul made 13. please give me a scripture for more Apostles. now Scripture tells us to create disciples and to teach them to do the same.
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
    (Mat 28:18-20 ESV)
Now 1 Timothy Authorizes us to select Elders and Deacons. but an Apostle they were Chosen. please show me where Ignatius was chosen to be an apostle. he may have been a teacher, a preacher, an elder, or a deacon but he was not Apostle.
now Prophecies of what Jesus church was to look like, how we were to worship, how we were to act were said that they would end when all was given. that happen way before this Ignatius was born. an Apostle was one that built the church. Based on scripture nothing would have been passed to him to pass on because the perfect had already come by 1491. so if they man called him self an apostle I would say he was a liar and could not be trusted.
Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
    (1Co 13:8-10 ESV)
We should have a debate about the Catholic church and how that is a religion of Satan not God.
    What is a bishop
    ἐπισκοπή
    episkopē
    ep-is-kop-ay'
From G1980; inspection (for relief); by implication superintendence; specifically the Christian “episcopate”: - the office of a “bishop”, bishoprick, visitation.
    Total KJV occurrences: 4
so we see in 1 Timothy 3:1 how to pick a bishop. before we look at this how many Bishop in the Catholic church are Married? are Bishops allowed to be married in the Catholic church? the answer is none, and no. so now lets look at what the bible says
    1Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
Does Scripture say a bishop must be the Husband of one wife. it does not shay can be, should be, or if they want to be. Scripture is clear they must be. strike 1
Lets look at 1 Timothy 4:1-5
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
    (1Ti 4:1-5 KJV)
ok let me ask this what are Catholic not allowed to eat on Ash and Fridays. lets see I believe that Warm blooded mammals, and birds. now 1 Timothy 4:1 states some are going to depart from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of the Devils. now in verse 4 it tells you who these people are. those that Forbidding to Marry. and commanding to abstain from Meats.
So anything you quote that comes from the Catholic Religion or anything quoted from someone that is part of the that religion you might as well throw it out because they are not from God but Satan.

    • @educational4434
      @educational4434 3 місяці тому

Why are you talking about the people after Paul when what you said earlier could just as easily apply to Paul? There are only 12 apostles. You said that an apostle can only be someone who is a witness to Christ's ministry on earth before the resurrection. And that is exactly who the apostles picked from among to choose a replacement for Judas. So by your logic, and by the logic of the apostles, there was to be no more apostles after the 12. And that certainly would include Paul.
Also, remember that in Revelation it talks about 12 apostles helping to judge the nations and a gate for New Jerusalem representing each of the 12 apostles. At what point is Paul mentioned? Particularly considering how everyone considers him to be a super apostle to the Gentiles. Wouldn't he get some recognition like the 12? Or is it really the case that he's not being considered an apostle in the book of Revelation? Those are honest questions

@@educational4434 ? I did not talk about anyone Apostle after Paul. My point was he was quoting someone that the Catholic church appointed in the 1400 to be an apostle. but no were in scripture does it give authority to appoint an apostle.
According to the Apostles Act 1 an apostle had to meet these criteria
So one of the men who have accompanied us during all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John until the day when he was taken up from us-one of these men must become with us a witness to his resurrection.”
      (Act 1:21-22 ESV)
and every single apostle was chosen by Christ. the Catholic church has no Authority to chose Apostles, also according to scripture every one of there bishops Nunes, and Priest goes against scripture
      Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
From my knowladge all bishop and priest are un married that verse says they must be a HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE!!!! not should or can but must.
now this next verse just cancels out there whole religion. the Forbid marriage, and they deny people to eat meet on Ash and Fridays. seems to me the Guy he quoted not only is not an apostle but he is from Doctrine of devils
The sins of Believers in Christ have already been judged in His flesh, by His crucifixion- death on the cursed tree from the beginning, burial and subsequent resurrection from the dead, ascension into heaven, sprinkling His blood of propitiation for their sins, as a memorial on the Mercy Seat, where it pleads for them until the redemption of their souls, and rapture back to be presented faultless before the presence of God the Father, in heavenly places, where the Lord and His Holy Spirit have been interceding and advocating for them till the end.
This scriptures in Hebrews is for Israel only. The remnants will be rescued during the tribulation and kept until the end, when God's new Creation- Christ, the Head and His complete body, descend on the mount of Olives, which will split into two, and makes a way of escape for them.

The kingdom of God included the Priesthood and Royalty of and for Israel, God's chosen people from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He protected this lineage throughout history despite their obvious rebellion, so He kept apart a remnant which is never part of any other plans than for God to fulfill His word of promise to Abraham Luke 1:67-72. He sent Jesus as His Son and as Son of David to sit on the throne of Israel as He had promised 1 Kings 9:5; Jeremiah 33:17, but which was hindered by their being taken into captivity, and when Cyrus gave the decree to return, only a few of them did, and they only had governors, not king "until He returns, whose right it is " Ezekiel 21:27; Genesis 49:10, Jeremiah 30:21. They rebelled and returned to Egypt Numbers 14; Jeremiah chapters 41-44, thus hindering God's word to be fulfilled. Hosea 11:1, this was fulfilled in Matthew 2. That's also the reason why Jesus Christ had to go through baptism with John, depicting Israel's return to the promised land. But they rejected Jesus Christ as their Messiah, and He now got to fulfill was had been purposed from the beginning John 12:32, so that through their rebellion and disobedience, the rest of the world, with whom God never had any covenants, may partake in His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob- by GRACE, through FAITH, in the sacrificial work of salvation of Jesus for the redemption of the lost soul of man. This is the focus of salvation. Anyone who doesn't believe- both Jews and Gentiles will not be taken up with the fold.
This DISPENSATION is that of faith in God through the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ- the Son, and the infilling of and leading by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was given after Jesus Christ returned to the Father, after the house of Israel was left desolate, once again. Matthew 23:38-39; Romans 11.
The scriptures are not just there for decoration.
The angels will be given their turn to preach "the everlasting kingdom ", for those who may have excuses for not accepting the grace that bought them, still they will not receive it that God may be Righteous and Just when He judges.
Righteous, Peace, and Joy in the Holy Ghost is the kingdom of God preached in this dispensation. The Kingdom of God will be reestablished in the millennium, when the whole world will be filled with the glory of the knowledge of God, as water covers the sea, then the sabbath observance and rituals will be reinstated Isaac chapters 65, 66 Ezekiel chapters 34-38, before the devil, which had been bound, will be released to instigate the whole nation's of the world to besiege and destroy Israel. Then, the new Creation will descend upon the Mount of Olives to rescue the remnants of Israel and destroy the army of the enemy. Zechariah 14.

this is known as cherry picking to suit your own interpretation. Fulfill, establish, uphold -that is why if you break one, you break them all! Depart from Me, I never knew you who practice lawlessness-anomia, w/o Torah! If you continue to for instance, eat pork, you should know that pigs have no sweat glands and retain all their toxins (no matter what you feed them, did they suddenly grow sweat glands-No!) even if you cook the flesh thoroughly-it doesn't kill the eggs the worms lay in them-YUK!! Who do you think gave the commands and wrote them in stone but the pre-incarnate Messiah-Who is God and changes not! Do not add or take away or I will add to you the plagues in this book and take your name out of the book of life!

I was with you right up until you misapplied the warning given in the book of Revelation, which is a warning for the words of the prophecy of the book of Revelation only. I've seen Christians do this before where they use that warning and act as if that was a blanket statement for the entirety of the biblical canon. It's not. It's a specific special warning for the words of the prophecy of the book of Revelation given to John

Paul didn't preach against circumcision, just that in Christ, it doesn't matter because both Jews and Gentiles have been concluded in sin, and a Savior is sent by God for the redemption of their souls. So, whether circumcision or uncircumcision, all everyone needs to is what Abraham did, in both his uncircumcised and circumcised state- " Believe".
Israel was punished simply for "Unbelief ". That's all there is to it.
This dispensation of "the acceptable year of the Lord "- Isaiah 61:2, will soon give way to the dispensation of "the vengeance of our God", when God will start to deal again with the circumcision alone, until the 2nd coming of Christ to rescue the remnants. Matthew 24:31; Zechariah 14.
No Gentiles will be considered at that time. Thus, all Jew and Gentiles who miss this opportunity to get their souls saved by the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, will have to pay with their head during the tribulation, in order to be saved.
You all miss the whole point!

Have you considered that perhaps, dispensationalists are missing the whole point? “Church age this, tribulation saints that”, “the bride won’t suffer”, “you’re not rightly dividing!” blah blah blah. Terrible, over complicated theology. Makes a simple gospel so convoluted it will make your head spin off your neck. The first part of what you said is sound, believe in Christ Jesus. Just be ready to endure until the end - it’s not likely to happen the way Larkin drew it up in his silly “truth charts”. We have the truth of the testimony of Christ Jesus. I love you enough to remind you that His truth is sufficient.

THOSE CLAIMING JESUS TO BE GOD OR A PART OF A TRINITY MISS THESE FOUR POINTS THAT MAKE SUCH A CLAIM MERITLESS
      (1) THE ONE THAT WAS SENT TO EARTH TO BECOME KNOWN AS JESUS WAS THE FIRST INTELLIGENT BEING CREATED BY JEHOVAH: “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature” Colossians 1:15
UPON RETURNING TO HEAVEN JESUS SUBSTANTIATES THIS FACT STARTING: “To the angel of the congregation in La·o·di·ceʹa write: These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God” Revelation 3:14 - ALSO SEE PROVERBS 8:22-36
      (2) THEREFORE BECAUSE JESUS IS A CREATION OF GOD HE RECOGNIZES HIS CREATOR AS NOT ONLY HIS FATHER BUT ALSO AS HIS GOD BY MAKING THIS PROMISE: “The one who conquers-I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will by no means go out from it anymore, and I will write upon him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the New Jerusalem that descends out of heaven from my God, and my own new name” Revelation 3:12
      (3) DUE TO JESUS BEING GOD’S FIRST AND “ONLY BEGOTTEN SON” THIS PUTS GOD’S SON IN A POSITION WHERE HE CAN HAVE BROTHERS: “Jesus said to her: “Stop clinging to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.’” John 20:17; “In reply the King will say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” Matthew 25:40
SO IT STANDS BECAUSE JESUS IS A CREATED SON OF HIS FATHER JEHOVAH GOD HE (JESUS) CAN ALSO HAVE BROTHERS (HOWEVER IN THE CASE OF THE FATHER/CREATOR HE RECOGNIZES NO ONE ELSE AS AN EQUAL WHILE JESUS DOES): “For both the one (JEHOVAH GOD) who is sanctifying and those (JESUS AND HIS BROTHERS) who are being sanctified all stem from one, (JEHOVAH GOD) and for this reason he (JESUS) is not ashamed to call them brothers,” Hebrews 11:2
      ALL THAT COMES INTO EXISTENCE CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE BY GOD’S WILL JESUS DOES NOT DETERMINE WHO WILL BECOME HIS BROTHERS OR WHAT WILL BE CREATED: “We know that God makes all his works cooperate together for the good of those who love God, those who are the ones called according to his purpose; 29 because those whom he gave his first recognition he also foreordained to be patterned after the image of his Son, so that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.” Romans 8:28,29;
THUS JESUS PRAYED: “I have made your name manifest to the men whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have observed your word” John 17:6
      (4) JESUS AND HIS BROTHERS MAKE UP THE FORETOLD KINGDOM: “and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.” Revelation 5:10 - SEE ALSO REVELATION 20:4
JEHOVAH’S ARRANGEMENT IS: “for an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, to gather all things together in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth. Yes, in him” Ephesians 1:10
IN CONCLUSION: “For the creation is waiting with eager expectation for the revealing of the sons of God” Romans 8:19
      JESUS IS GOD’S FIRST CREATION THAT GOD GAVE ACCESS TO HIS HOLY SPIRIT TO BRING ABOUT MANIFESTATION OF HIS WILL THAT WAS TO BRING FORTH THE UNIVERSAL FAMILY ALONG WITH ALL OF CREATION: “For this reason I bend my knees to the Father, 15 to whom every family in heaven and on earth owes its name” Ephesians 3:14,15;
“because by means of him all other things were created in the heavens and on the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All other thingsr have been created through him and for him” Colossians 1:16

Sam, thanks for the video and addressing this important topic. I am going to pose a question that you think you tackled but didn’t. You read until the heavens and the earth pass away not 1 yod or tittle shall pass from the Law until all be fulfilled. There is more to be fulfilled. Christ’s work is not finished. The first work is, but He told us He will return and claim His saints and rule on earth for 1000 years before letting Satan out of his prison and then shortly after torching the whole planet. So I am making a clear point here. Is it not probable that when Christ said “I and the Father are one (Echad)” and “If you love me keep my commands” that he was saying God’s commands (because Moses didn’t make them up he passed them along) are His commands and the commands you cite are examples he took from the Law to teach the meaning behind the commands? The Law says you shall not murder but I say whoever says to his brother “you fool” has committed murder already. He did the same with adultery. Can you see He didn’t break the pattern Sam, He kept the pattern. Every time a covenant renewal happened the current conditions were restated and the new ones were added. He stated some of the current conditions then added some enhancing clarification making the Law even stricter. Paul kept Torah all his life, he was not under the Law in having to go to the Temple in Jerusalem and give sin offerings and hope to die in that moment between the offering being made and the next sinful thought. He kept the Law though. They worshipped on Shabbat, Sabbath, as was the Custom of Christ. Christ spent Sabbath in synagogues reading and hearing Torah.
I’m the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. That Word is the creating force. The only laws Christ ever struck down were man made. He did remove the priest and veil from between men and God, and the need to make sin offerings by being the final sin offering but if we love Him we will keep His Commandments. He said no pigs, no squirrels, no rabbits, no shrimp or catfish, get rid of the alligator and crab and lobster and oysters and everything else that God declared unclean from the beginning of letting us eat animals. No birds of prey. No vultures no snakes or lizards or frogs. This isn’t hard. I feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit on this, it’s as important as not lying or stealing, it carried as much weight. Christ didn’t revoke the Law and all is not finished and earth is still very much here so the qualifier there has invalidated the argument that it is finished. Act 1 is finished brother. Act 2 is still yet to come. Until Christ tells me it’s ok I can’t eat that which He refused to eat. The argument that Christ said it’s not what goes into the mouth that defiles but what comes out, that is abused, intentionally misinterpreted to support the Ham sandwich after services. He was approached about rabbinic law being broken by the disciples not washing their hands ceremonially before eating bread they bought from the market. He said a little dirt won’t hurt the soul so who are you to associate your low man laws with God’s Law. The Holy Spirit doesn’t tell us to do anything that contradicts The Word. Holy Ghost ever told you to buy a pig shoulder and roast it to celebrate a pagan feast and claim it’s worship of the creator? I didn’t think so. He tell you to confess your sins and seek the righteousness of our Elohim?
Your argument hinges on there being separate Torahs, separate Laws depending on where you got your genetic material. God said way back in Torah that there is 1 Law for Jew and Gentile, everyone must obey the Law. No man who is uncircumcised May eat of Passover meal. Any man who wants to and is circumcised May eat of the Passover meal. 1 Law for native and sojourner. I worry if you haven’t felt the calling of the Holy Spirit to Torah. I worry for you. Nobody thinks we can work our way to Heaven. That’s obvious. Everyone even the observant Jews know we can’t get there with His mercy. Christ did not come to save us from having Law, but from the eternal separation from God that we ALL earned. Seek God’s guidance on this Sam, ask Him to speak to you to make the Holy Spirit manifest and minister you, don’t just knee jerk “well there are arguments that could be made so I’m not celebrating the things He said celebrate and eating what He said eat”. I get a lot of “But we ate pork all our lives bro what are you doing?” Yes, we without enough guidance ate pork, squirrel, rabbit, catfish etc all our lives. And it was wrong! “But it tastes good.” For sun to be tempting it has to Look, smell, feel or taste good otherwise what would we be tempted to? Thanks again for looking at this but seek first The Father on this then respond. Look at the commands, they all say for all your generations. Forever. Do this forever. And there is one Law for Jew and gentile. The Father answered this before it was a question. Paul days “should we sin all the more that Grace May abound? God forbid!” Strong words if He didn’t believe that sin exists anymore.

Ok, so if Jesus makes a reference to a law of Moses, as if we are to keep it, like for instance, in Revelation when he says that eating the pork is sin, then by extension those dietary laws which he has made an allusion to are still in place for believers. That's pretty much what I already believed anyhow, as the dietary laws are health laws for the human body, not just health laws for ethnic Jews. And to break some of those health laws, Jesus makes it very clear that it's more than just health, and that it is detestable to eat pork, etc

    • @christophertaylor9100
      @christophertaylor9100 2 місяці тому

The dietary laws were part of the ceremonial law, showing how to be set apart from the other nations and emphasize the concept of cleanliness and purity... which Jesus Christ perfectly fulfilled and lived out in our place. As Peter was told: take and eat. As Paul says: we can do all things, but not all are profitable. As Jesus said: it is not what goes into your mouth that makes you unclean.
Now, as you say, its probably wise to look at those laws and consider their value or pattern our life after then, but we are not bound by them.

    • @educational4434
      @educational4434 2 місяці тому

@@christophertaylor9100 Thanks for your reply. I need to dispute something straight away though. Peter was not given the vision to "take and eat" as if the vision was regarding food and the dietary laws. It had nothing to do with food. It was symbolism for Gentiles. It stood for Gentiles. He was not to call Gentiles unclean anymore or refuse to associate with them and they had now been made acceptable to God. Again, he was not being told that all foods were made clean. The line that you'll see in Bibles saying in parentheses that (all foods were thus made clean) was an addition to the text in an attempt by scribes to try to explain the passage to the reader, and they did a terrible job because it's completely inaccurate.

    • @educational4434
      @educational4434 2 місяці тому

@@christophertaylor9100 The dietary laws are also health laws for the human body. If one does not care about polluting their body with trichinosis and worms then eating pork is probably fine for them. Not ideal, not optimum, not healthful, but probably fine for them because they don't care about those things.
And when Jesus said that what you put into your mouth does not make you unclean, he was referring to spiritual uncleanness in the context of that passage, not physical health. What you put into your mouth can absolutely make you physically unclean.
But remember, you need to square what you just said and what he just said with what he later says in the book of Revelation, referring to those who eat food sacrificed to idols. If food simply goes in your mouth and comes out the body and cannot make you spiritually unclean in any scenario whatsoever, then why would he say that eating food sacrificed to idols is evil?
      Revelation 2:14 LSB
But I have a few things against you, that you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who kept teaching Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit sexual immorality.
      Revelation 2:20 LSB
But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and deceives My servants so that they commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
If I sacrifice a piece of bacon right now to a tiny statue of Buddha and hand it to you to eat, and you decide to eat it, then I have one question for you regarding this consumption:
According to the Jesus of Revelation: Have you sinned by doing so?

  • @lev1717orange
    @lev1717orange 7 годин тому +1

You keep saying that Jesus enforced only those laws that he wanted people to observe? (Minute 6:45) BUT WHY?
The law is a system which demands human merit, GRACE is unrelated to human merit. Since the child of God is already accepted in the beloved and stands forever in the merit of Christ, application of the merit system to him is both unreasonable and unscriptural. (Romans 6:14, Romans 8:1-4, Galatians 5:1-4)
The law was given to show people their SIN (Romans 3:20) Believers are dead to sin (Romans 6:11) dead to the law (Romans 7:4)
1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 Timothy 1-The law is NOT for the righteous.
The Bible passages that you quoted Matthew 5,6,7, is where Jesus magnified the demands of the law to show how impossible it is to have righteousness through the law.
When Jesus died, the New Covenant (Testament) began (Hebrews 9:16-20) Not everything that Jesus taught applies to Christians. He taught those who are under the Law of Moses.
When Jesus became our High Priest forever, He gave a new Law. (Hebrews 7:12)
New commandment of Jesus: Love one another as I have loved you. (John 13:34, John 15:12)
Galatians 6:2 Bear one another’s burdens and thereby fulfill the Law of Christ
Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another HAS FULFILLED the law.
Romans 13:10 Love does no evil to his neighbor: therefore LOVE is the fulfilling of the law.
And then you keep saying: The will of the Father… (minute 3:08) but you never provide any scripture that say what the will of the Father is?
So here it is: John 6:40 For this is the will of my Father that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life..
Believers operate under a higher law. Romans 8:2-4 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
We function under the Holy Spirit 1 John 2:27 For the anointing (Holy Spirit) which you have received of Him abides in you, and you do not need that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, ye shall abide in Him. (John 14:25-26)
    Put on Love Colossians 3:14

Explained in human words: imagined for a moment that you’re a dancer learning how to dance and you were given a book (Law) to learn the dancing steps, but then the teacher (Holy Spirit) shows up who wrote that book and he tells you “now I will teach you the dancing steps” but you keep saying no no I gotta keep looking at the book…. And the teacher says, but I wrote the book and I know all the steps and I will teach you and guide you better than the book can.

Paul is a wise man, Paul is saying you can do whatever you want BUT you need to accept Jesus Christ. It is the definition of Accept is important here. Accepting means following and believing Jesus Christ. Jesus followed and lived according to the so called law of Moses. Jesus even lifted the so called law in order for us to avoid breaking it. Thats why Jesus try to explain it plainly. Jesus fulfil what was written about Him. Jesus fulfil how the law should be done.
It’s a double edged sword if we will say Jesus did not say that (eg what to eat). The law of Moses is for our benefit not for Moses, not for some people but for everyone. It’s about cleanliness, respect, responsibility……it is about how to live a good and healthy life…….
Think about it, why was the law given like that? Is it to separate a group of people only or there is more about it?

Wrong. Both Mark 7 and Matthew 15 describe an incident where Pharisees and scribes complain that Jesus' disciples are eating with unwashed hands, breaking the tradition of the elders. JESUS SAID it is not what goes into your mouth that defiles but what comes out of the mouth. Yet this isn't giving permission to go eat pork or shell fish.
Because in Acts 10:9-16 when Peter had the vision of unclean animals in a sheet, God spoke to him and told him to kill andvest them. And Peter immediately stated, Not so, Lord for NOTHING COMMON HAS EVER ENTERED MY MOUTH.
But God corrected Him by saying do not call what God cleans common.
Right then, gentile men were sent by God knocked on Peter's door and the whole vision becomes clear. It has NOTHING to do with food. It symbolized Jews preaching the Gospel to Gentles. Hence the true meaning of the phrase "The Chosen". Not Jewish supremacy.
For if Jesus had given permission for unclean meat consumption, when He walked the Earth with Peter why then much later after Jesus ascended does Peter react to the vision with the exact same possition on food as Leveticus teaches?
Further your apologetics toward Sunday and Romanism as well as taking SDAs out of context (and I'm not lying, I really do not belong to them at all) is a red flag.
You just said it. Jesus came to teach the proper application of His Law. You are mincing God's Law with Moses' Law and they are separate. The Ten Commandments is not Moses's Law. The external ones are. Also the post sin entering the world Jewish Holidays like Prim and Passover are lowercase plain "sabbaths" that Jesus "nailed to the Cross".
But when He created Satutday Sabbath, there was no sin in the world, Sam. And He saw it was very Good. And only God is Good. So you're saying God suspended Himself? The Sabbath is not a Jewish day. Stop saying that crap.
That's like saying Roman Catholic church is "THE CHURCH REGISTERED TRADEMARK". No it isn't.
If the Holy Sabbath was brand new to the Jews for the Jews just like Passover, then why does the 4th Commandment begin with the Word "Remember"?
I do context too Sam. I've been in this war since 1983. I was six years old and it is by The Holy Spirit I know these things. Alone I am nothing and can know nothing.
You get so much right but on this issue you are wrong.
    Can I steal?
    Can I murder?
    Can I bare false witness?
You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Don't cherry pick like the muslims you take down do. This is out of love. This is a loving rebuke.
The evil Pope and Jesuit General knows how important Sabbath is. It's so important to them that when they caught newly born again Christians from 3 of the 10 tribes of Europe, the Vandals, the Ostrogoths, and the Heruli, IGNORING THE POPE'S MANDATORY ORDER TO KEEP SUNDAY AS SABBATH, the Roman Catholic Church army responded by literally fulfilling Daniel Prophecy by plucking 3 horns out of the beast with 10 horns by slaughtering every man woman and child of those tribes and you will not find one person with their bloodline alive today.
Then, those Jesuit Catholic pagan satanist pricks proceeded to lie to cover up their genocide of those tribes by claiming they were keeping Arian beliefs that they didn't believe Jesus is the Son of God.
The Jesuits seem to care what side of the Sabbath fence you're on; why not you?
And why after all you know about Islam, have you ever brought up the fact and connection (at least from every clip I've watched and I have watched many) that The Jesuits are the real face behind Islam?
All in comments, stop focusing on wars, rumors of wars, country chess pieces, and the symptoms like Islam and other pagan traditions. Focus on the real Man of sin. Focus on the Little Horn Vatican Rome.ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME. ROMAN EMPIRE WAS NEVER OVERTHROWN. BECAUSE IRON BREAKS, GOLD, SILVER, AND BRONZE. WE ARE STILL UNDER THE NEW ROMAN EMPIRE. It's called The West and The United States.
You are speaking as if 27 books REPLACED the Ild Testament. Paul was not denying the 10 Commandments. He was denying the carnal insincere application of it. We cannot keep the law by ourselves. But if we literally make Jesus the Lord of Our Lives The Holy Spirit will guide us in such a way we will keep it through His Power in our lives. This is what He meant when He told the adultress GO AND SIN NO MORE. Now why would Jesus assign a task if it was impossible? He didn't.
Grace through Faith alone. Salvation unto Repentance, pray without ceasing, obey His application of the UNCHANGED LAW, through The Holy Spirit and you will keep it....including Sabbath.

It is finished, and no one can add to or remove from it by observing any of the laws, no matter how good they are. They're simply going about to establish their own self righteousness, treading upon the name and the blood that bought them, doing despite to His sacrificial work of salvation of their souls, and redemption from the devil! Hebrews 10.
But, it's always been only about ISRAEL, God doesn't deal with the rest of the world outside of the One He sent, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
When the issue gets settled, Israel will be restored, and sabbath observance will be restored.
Until then, there is no need for debates. It resolves nothing, just both sides trying to protect themselves and their beliefs, upon which they've rested their whole destiny - it doesn't change the issue, though!
    2 Chronicles 36:21; Daniel chapters 9-12; Hebrews 4:1-13.
Just like God wasn't dealing with Israel for the whole 400 years in Egypt (430 because Moses acted without God's guidance, 10 years prior, making it 430 years).
Genesis 15:13-16 (Joseph taken to Egypt; extended to Israel returning to Egypt Jeremiah chapters 41-44; then Jesus finally fulfilled the prophecy Matthew 2: 13-18); Exodus 2:4,5,24; Romans 11; simply because " the iniquity of the Amorites, is not yet full" Genesis 15:16.
No debates could change God's will then, none can change it now until the fullness of the prophecy.
The observance of the sabbath will then be restored during the millennium reign and after the armageddon war (after the 1st biblical world war - Jeremiah 34:1, against Israel). Israel and Judah shall be warned, and then, the Messiah will be sent to save and reconcile them back to God, but they continued in their rebellion, so they're punished Isaiah chapters 3-7; The nation's will be judged individually Isaiah chapters 13-23, and eventually, collectively chapters 24, 28-34; Joel chapters 2-3; Matthew 24; at the valley of Megiddo. Jeremiah chapters 47-51; then Jerusalem will be besieged by the whole nations of the world. Revelation chapters 13-21; Joel 3:2; Isaiah 23:17; after the antichrist decides to fight the people of God, and God separates and marks them. Then the end.
What is needed at this time is to get the world to know that there's a way out of eternal condemnation.
Debates don't save souls. they only gather more souls to those who can eloquently plead their case, and not because they're right. Right or wrong, only the truth matters. Jesus Christ is the Truth - He is our Rest, our SABBATH at this time. Whosoever rests in Him has ceased from their own works! Labor to enter This REST: Hebrews 4:9-11.
The millennium will come with 1000 years rest and sabbath observance Isaiah chapters 65-66.

Here is proof God's law is in the hearts as the new covenant, and jesus is the messenger you can find in Malachi:
    Jeremiah 31:31-34 NKJV
"Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah- [32] not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the LORD. [33] But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. [34] No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."

I find it very concerning how Sam Shamoun completely glossed over Matthew 5: 18 "For truly I say to you, ( UNTIL HEAVEN AND EARTH PASS AWAY), not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all be accomplished.
In this verse Yeshua, (Jesus) is clearly telling people when the law will be abolished and that will not happen until the Heaven and Earth pass away; Revelation 21: 1 "Then I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth for the first heaven and first earth were passed away, and there was no more sea.
Sam is a very intelligent but at times a very brash and prideful man and that seems to prevent him from admitting he is wrong at times. His explanation about Paul not keeping the law is ridiculous; the scriptures are quite clear that Paul not only kept the Sabbath but also the feasts and he also quoted the Law consistently. Sam's explanation for 1 Corinthians 9 is very flawed and if we study specifically what Paul is saying in verses 19 to 23 we can see the true meaning. In these verses Paul is simply saying that he approaches people from their own perspective and nothing more. Please look at verse 20, Paul is conveying that he speaks to a Jew as one Jew and to another, he speaks to someone who is under the law as someone who was under the law but now is under the law of Christ. He speaks to a Gentile as one who understands the realities of being a Gentile but is not a Gentile himself. This is quite apparent in Verse 21 where Paul uses these words, "To those who are without Law as without Law, THOUGH NOT BEING WITHOUT THE LAW OF GOD BUT UNDER THE LAW OF CHRIST so that I might win those who are without Law." Did you catch that? "Though not BEING WITHOUT THE LAW OF GOD". Paul kept the Law but this salvation was not determined by it.
What Sam fails to realize is that Paul still believes in the Law and even though it is holy, righteous and good it cannot in itself save anyone. John explains it the best in 1John 3: 4-6 "Everyone who does sin also does lawlessness. And you know that HE was manifested to in order to take away sins, and in HIM there are no sins. No one who abides in HIM sins; no one who sins has seen HIM or has come to know HIM."
The Law is still just as relevant today as when it was given by GOD.
    Much love, peace and blessings

All the laws. Jesus already took care of them all.

Leviticus 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
John 15:17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.
Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Galatians 5:13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
1 John 3:11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
1 John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
1 John 4:21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
2 John 1:5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

The ACTS 15 decision made by JAMES was a bad one. James based his decision on MOSES and not JESUS.
It wrongly introduced portions of the O.T. Kosher Dietary Law. But ALL that Law had to be kept not just the diet.

Antilaw Christianity is an invention of error, falsehood, deceit, blasphemy, contradiction and rebellion against Yehovah the true God and lawgiver and his holy true law in other to syncretize with Greek and roman idolatry
God spoke through Isaiah that a young woman (alma) shall conceived not a virgin (batulah) shall conceived
The son called out of Egypt is Israel (the people of Israel) not Jesus
    Isaiah 7:10-14 NRSV
Again the LORD spoke to Ahaz, saying, [11] Ask a sign of the LORD (Jehovah) your God; let it be deep as Sheol or high as heaven. [12] But Ahaz said, I will not ask, and I will not put the LORD to the test. [13] Then Isaiah said: "Hear then, O house of David! Is it too little for you to weary mortals, that you weary my God also? [14] Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look, the young woman (alma) is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.
    Exodus 4:22 ASV
And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is my son, my first-born:
    Hosea 11:1 ASV

Bible says Jesus was without Sin because he did not break the Law.
    But what is Sin???
    1 John 3:4
Sin is breaking or transgression of the law of God.
Law of the Jews is without Christ (mean curse of the law still exist)
Law of christ is spiritual (redeemed from the curse of the Law)
    Obedience by faith.
    Romans 2-12
Doers of the law are just in the sight of God paul says

      But
      Not Spiritually Sound.
Q if Jesus did the complete opposite to Moses did HE break the law?
Q was Jesus compelled to keep the law of Moses?
      Or
      Was JESUS ABOVE THEM!
      BEING THE SON!!!
WAS YHVH DOING THE NEW THING HE HAD PROMISED!?
      So

Jesus Christ is the Sabbath, or Rest of Believers.
The sabbath law is only between God and His people Israel.
Just like you wrote, God isn't even accepting any of their feast days at this time.
All these have been done away with at the cross. God indeed rested at the 7th day after the work of Creation, but He had to get up from His Sabbath rest to begin the work of Salvation, working till Christ came and He continued to do the work, in Christ until the cross, where it was accomplished and finished John 5:17; 19:30. Jesus Christ got up again in Acts 7, to continue the work of avenging His Saints, when He acknowledged and received Stephen at his stoning. This ended the gospel of the kingdom, for the Jews and ushered in the gospel of salvation by grace, through faith in the sacrificial death burial and resurrection of Jesus, for both Jews and gentiles, there's no difference in Christ. Thus was concluded by the vision John received in Revelation chapters 1-4, for the Churches, and Daniel got raised up from His rest Daniel 12:13; Revelation 5, to continue the prophecy concerning Israel and the end of the world system, which ends in the marriage supper of the Lamb, and subsequent casting of satan and his accomplices into the lake of fire and brimstone. Revelation 2q; Isaiah 66:24. The new heaven and earth, and the new Jerusalem- brought down from heaven, will not be defiled as the old had been.
Sabbath observations will return when God returns into the midst of His people, as He had purposed before time- as Emmanuel!
    Isaiah 66:23; 2:2-4; Revelation 21:24.

Jesus went through all the laws, so that whosoever believes in Him will become part of Him, by grace through faith, and will be accounted to them, by faith; just like Abraham gave all the tithes to Melchizedec, and it was imputed to all his descendants even to Levi, the Priesthood lineage. Hebrews 7:9-19.
Only those who got out from under the umbrella of faith had to bring their own sacrifices, each time they sinned- tiresome, right? So Jesus Christ came, shed His blood and died, was buried and rose again from the dead that whosoever believes in Him should no longer look for sacrifice outside of His, but live on to please God, until He returns as promised to redeem His purchased possession.
    Romans chapters 6-10; Galatians chapters 1-5; Colossians 2; 2 Corinthians 3; Ephesians 2 etc.
    It's so simple it's complicated!!!

by this interpretation there is no sin! because sin is a transgration of the Law! and don't forget, God creator said that His World will never pass, therefore you willingly changing the God's word! Yeshua didn't change any laws, he fulfilled Father's law, and made it even more strict if you are being honest to God. you read scripture but say completely oposit thongs. in past it was do not murder, but Yeasua said that if you hate your brother you are a murderer in heart. so it made the commandments even more "strict", unless there is no love of God in the heart. and yeasua said, those that loves me , fullfil my father's law. its all plain and simple. anyone that said that Bible needs to be interpreted by some kind of scholar or pastor or preacher, is evel in his heart, and worship his own god that he made for his own wiked heart. Scripture was written in simple language, so that simple people could read it and understand. God rested on Seventh day, and He blessed the Seventh day, and Heade it Holly, because He rested on this day after creating everything! if you choosing to celebrate sunday, you choosing to worship sun god, the angel of morning star, the satan. and there is nothing in so called new testament, saying that apostles started observing first day instead of Sabbath. may God have mercy on your sould for perverting Gids Word!

There are laws that apply only to the Jews. As His people God MADE them. He created their identity, their "culture". They must circumcise their males, Genesis 17:10-14, Exodus 4:24-26, Joshua 5:2-8, they must keep the 7th day Sabbath, Exodus 31:16-17, and they must remember their God ordained festivals such as the Passover, Exodus 12:14,43-45
The ten commandments are moral laws that applies to all. However, we Christians being Spirit filled are no longer under the ten commandments, which are for sinners, but we are under the higher law of love, which fulfill the intention of the laws. To love God with all our hearts and minds, create a desire in us to obey him, and to love one another is the antithesis of wanting to harm others.

Jesus did not abolish the Law. God is the one who did away with it.
The spirit of the Mt. Sinai law pointed prophetically to Jesus. Jesus came and that prophecy was fulfilled. The New Covenant with a new nation came into effect after Jesus' death. Jeremiah 31:31-33, 1 Peter 2:9,10.
Colossians 2:14 and (God) erased the handwritten document that consisted of decrees and was in opposition to us.

You don’t understand. There’s still a law. It’s a new law. One founded still on the Ten Commandments. They still convict us of sin. No, this new law is rather a freedom from the law of Moses that, because of our sins, could only bring condemnation. Romans 8:1-3. The new law brought by Christ is a law that we fullfill gratefully not as if it’s a hard yoke (Romans 8:14). The new law is freedom to do what’s right because “by the works of the law is no flesh justified” but rather our being made right with God is to trust in him Romans 4:3. So the new law is freedom from sin to be under the new law of Christ.
