    Zack, doctor, yet again your words; your approach, impresses me beyond words Sir. Perhaps I’m too analytical without trying to be, however I am an interpersonal communication specialist, and a former Olympic weightlifter for Australia, so I may see things from a slightly different point of view. One message that you kept on emphasising in your awesome video, was to basically “let the back dictate how far your stretch ought to be”, instead of you (as most professionals on UA-cam instruct), doing the dictating. In that simple yet superb approach, you’ve saved the back sufferer from further agony (physically), and have totally eliminated the potential guilty feeling (psychologically), from that person watching and following your exercises.May God bless you doctor/brother Zach. I’m just grateful for you being out there, doing what you do best. Thank you doctor .
