- Orka might be the answer to our prayers! This Orka Destroyer deck seems really well positioned against the current meta, especially for a Series 3 deck.

Power Estimate: This is a proven old school archetype that looks like it might be getting a bonus against the meta at the moment. I had good results with my early testing, and this deck has been piloted to Infinite by others.

Holy variant, Regis! That's awesome to see you finally use all those bad boys in your collection. And of course staying on theme with all infinite splits (with the exception of warpath...) Also a clean layout with the new PC changes
It is weird to see Regis use variants, but I'm not complaining

That variant is my first and only ink that I have. I play her in control, ongoing, and Destroy. I just throw her in everything so i can have big cards on the board, i love her so much.

I play a pretty similar list (with Colossus and Jeff instead of Scorpion and Green Goblin) and it brought me to Infinite twice now. Very solid and very fun to play.
This deck got me to infinite, thank you. Only my 2nd time hitting. Stuck in the 90s all season. I knew 10 games in this deck was going to crush this meta.

I threw Orka in a deck I was running to farm boosters for my Peach Momoko variants and was surprised how much it carries.
I saw Regis and Variants, couldn't actually believe it. Nice!

I've been facing nothing but destruction decks for the past several weeks. Rank 70's and 80s. I just can't escape them. And when it's not destruction? It's Surfer or Evo.
Welcome to the META, I don’t really care what my opponent plays, just as long as you understand what your opponents deck is capable of and you use the retreat button carefully you’ll hit infinite easy
@@leonardorodriguez690 It's not about winning and losing or hitting infinite(I honestly don't care about my rank, I think rank rewards are trash) it's about the game being stagnant and boring. I get tired of playing the same decks over and over and over again. You can type meta in all caps all you want but it doesn't change the fact that if the devs can't cultivate a diverse meta then they are not doing their jobs.
no, Leonardo is right. if you dont care about losing, just play fun decks. we got a pretty diverse meta for how few archetypes this game has. we are just in a destroy season
@@leonardorodriguez690How often are you retreating? Ive played at least an hour a day since December and got to rank 70 twice. I assume I'm pretty bad at the game but I know most of the main decks and surely 30+ hours should be enough to get to infinite. How many do you think you play to get there?

Been running this deck -scorpion +spider pig, got me to infinite 2 seasons in a row within the first week and i am by no means a skilled player😂

I run this exact deck with spectrum instead of Destroyer. Orka ongoing. It's amazing

I agree with replacing Scorpion with Jeff. I also tried replacing Warpath with Psylocke and Iceman with Nebula, which works for me, though I mostly removed Iceman because I hate playing against him.

Is it worth playing this deck (or a similar idea) without green goblin attuma and destroyer? Or should I try and go in a different direction for anti meta?
Attuma and Destroyer are the main payoffs for this deck, and you don't get much out of this deck without them. If you want to run anti-destroy cards (Armor, Cosmo), you could just try running a Spectrum ongoing deck.

my initial thoughts is i can replace it with sentry and Scorpion swap it with viper but I don't know if it's worth it

You could probably use lizard for green goblin and Attuma you could use sentry , but if you do use sentry swap out iceman for the hood, and scorpion for viper , hopes this helps

The other day I faced a player who was trying to disguise themselves as a bot. How do I know it was a player? Because there's absolutely no way a bot would be smart enough to play Zero on the right into Hobgoblin on Bar With No Name in the center.
I wish he wouldn't use variants... I can't tell what cards are what.

Orka is unexpected, meanwhile Hulk can rekt you with 16/20 power without being alone on the lane.. and with 7 turn you can use hulk-shehulk combo.. smh.
