One of the best storytellers on UA-cam, you even have me doubting a serial killer was guilty 😅

That was creepy, it sounds like she was convicted by gossip.

Looking through some old cases it is surprising how little people were convicted on or on the flip side the ones who got away with it when they were basically caught in the act, thanks for listening! 🙏🏻

What an interesting case to have a personal connection to! You might have had more extended relatives if all the murder hadn't gone down and isn't that unusual to think about. My family tree that far back just has a lot of drowning and logging accidents.

Oh wow where were your family based?

@StuartAndersonHarris originally came to Australia from England and Ireland as free migrants and settled in Tasmania, where there's lots of pine trees that were logged to create more boats for the British. Aussie schools make kids learn to swim, so drowning is less of an issue these days.

She was guilty... According to all other sources her house never had a vermin problem, plus she herself never became ill. Guilty as sin.

They are a number of source that mention the pest problem hence why included it. True she never became ill but also there was houses hit by plague in the past leaving people untouched so I’m not sure that alone counts as conclusive, furthermore the jury couldn’t come to an agreement until the judge stepped in so it must have been a close thing

But it was 3 (separate) incidents only effecting a single member... Good story though, I live right near Turner lane,

@@jackwatson3944 thank you 🙏🏻 in the eyes of the laws she’s guilty and sentenced as such, I was just presenting the facts and seeing what people thought, that’s interesting I enjoy going to places when you know what’s happened and getting a feel of the area
