Wow you are heaven sent !
I grew up figure skating and had my left knee operated on twice and my right one once!
At age 15 I was not able to skate or hardly walk due to pain , bone on bone !
I was told I would eventually be wheal chair bound there was nothing they could do , after all my surgery they still were not sure they would help , however they did I continued to skate even to this day and am very athletic:)
I contribute it to doing the things you teach thank you for your gift of knowing the body and what it needs !
This really helps my knees loosen up 😊

I have developed a terrible pain on the inside of the knee, just left of the kneecap. I was told it’s the joint wearing down because of my age and to ice it 2-3 times a day. I’ve been in constant pain for nearly two months with just a few moments relief when I sit in a recliner er with the legs supported. Any exercise for this or would the massager help at all?

    • @dradamfields

Hi! The massager will bring some circulation to the area. I REALY like ESWT for knee arthritis. It has been shown to decrease osteophyte size, smooth out undulating subchondral bone and help with cartilage regeneration.

Question for you. I have a bad right knee, in last 3 months I've had 1 cortisone shot & 1 gel shot in the knee. But I have a new problem now. Inconsistent when it happens but now the knee gives out, it buckles, and the left center of my knee gives me a lot of pain during that moment. Sometimes 20 minutes later I can walk fine again, but walking is difficult because I never know when the knee's going to go out on me. I have a good massager; do you feel using the massager on my knee/muscle areas that it could strengthen my knee & help the buckling problem? Thoughts. Thanks so much!!!
