My workflow lately has been ideogram, krea, Haiper. Sometimes I have my Samsung remaster the image before upscale. Adjustments can be made in krea so the image remains true to the original.

Very often we are using images in MJ, rather than generating them in prompting in Haiper (or other programs). This gives us the best quality and control.

Does Topaz Video allow one to SPEED UP (rather than the slow down option shown) their clip with interpolation, turning a 4s 24fps clip into a 2s 60fps clip, for example? If not, does Davinci Resolve offer frame interpolation to accomplish this?
I'm not sure Topaz has a speed up option but you can certainly adjust that while editing (in PR or Davinci). However, yes you CAN change a clip to 60fps and leverage the interpolation in Topaz

How long does it take you all in all to create a final 4s clip? I use a local stable video diffusion workflow on a 4090 and one 2s clip in HD takes about 12 minutes but I have no way to prompt the video generation with additional text.
im runnning interpAny-clearer to get more frames (running on my local machine), also for art generation "aiart-generator,art" which is cheaper than midjourney but still makes stuff good enough for the start image/framing to guide creation of a video
Sorry, it's free software! However, there are plenty of ways to remove that water mark. You can try beecut , using cinematic bars, cropping, etc. We appreciate you watching!

How do you ensure the images that come out of midjourney have the same look and feel?
From Midjourney you would want to take advantage of a parameters and seed. For example, I'd suggest looking up the "--sref" and "--cref" parameters :)

It generally takes, for 4 seconds, 5 minutes.

There is an option, prior to generating (look at the options near the prompt box) where you can adjust from 2 seconds to 4 seconds :)

We made some cuts to the video to keep it as short as possible for the views. We appreciate your engagement1
Why Haiper? For long video is the best Luma, Gen-3 and for short videos is Wunjo and Pika
This is quite an old video now (before Luma/Gen3)
I still prefer the quality I get when I go out in the outer space and film the clips myself
