    Location
    1. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is located about 450 yards (415 m.) west of the Temple Mount.
    2. It was located outside the city walls during the time of Christ.
    3. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is the believed place where Christ was crucified, buried, and rose from the dead.
    4. It is the ending place to the Via Dolorosa path, and the last 5 stations are located at it.
    5. It is visited by over a million people every year.
    Places of Interest
    1. The Chapel of the Franks (Station 10 of the Via Dolorosa) is located at the right of the entrance to the church.
    2. A stairway on the right, just inside the entrance leads to Calvary (or Golgotha), the place where Jesus was crucified.
    3. Chapel of the Nailing of the Cross (Station 11). It features a 12th-century mosaic of Jesus being nailed to the cross.
    4. The Greek Orthodox Calvary contains the believed Rock of Calvary around which the church was built. The rock can be seen under a glass cover on either side of the main altar. Beneath the altar is a hole that permits people to touch the rock.
    5. The Crucifixion Altar marks the place where Christ was crucified (Station 12). A silver disk with a central hole that lies underneath the altar marks the place where the Cross stood.
    6. The Stone of Unction (Station 13), located just after entering the church, commemorates the preparation of Jesus' body for burial. Behind the Stone is a mosaic depicting Christ's anointing for burial.
    7. Underneath the large dome of the church is the Tomb of Christ itself (Station 14). It is housed in a large shrine and is referred to as the Edicule. It is supported by scaffolding on the outside to protect it from possible earthquakes.
    8. The Chapel of Adam enshrines a cracked slab of rock behind glass which is believed to have been caused by the earthquake after Christ died on the Cross.
    9. The Catholicon (Greek Orthodox cathedral) area was the main part of the Crusader church.
    10. Armenian Shrine and Chapel of the 3 Marys, also known as the Mourning place. It marks the place where they watched the crucifixion of Christ. John 19:25: Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.
    11. The heart of the Holy Sepulchre is a large round hall, otherwise known as the Rotunda. In the center of the Rotunda is the tomb of Jesus.
    12. In 2016 an archaeological team was given permission to lift the marble slate covering the tomb and found under it an older marble slab with a carved cross on it and underneath it the original limestone burial bed.
    13. The Coptic Chapel is located behind the tomb of Jesus.
    14. The Jacobite (Syrian) Chapel is located in the original 4th century Constantine church walls. Within this chapel are burial tombs, one of which is believed to be that of Joseph of Arimathea.
    15. Chapel of Mary Magdalene. Dedicated to the encounter Christ had with Mary after His resurrection.
    16. Franciscan Church of the Aspiration of Mary. Dedicated to the meeting between Christ and His mother, Mary, at Christ’s crucifixion.
    17. Arches of the Virgin Mary
    18. Greek Orthodox Chapel of the Prison of Jesus
    19. St Longinus Chapel. Longinus was the believed Roman Centurion who commanded the soldiers that stood watch at Golgotha. He was an eyewitness of the final moments of Jesus and proclaimed the Jesus was truly the Son of God.
    20. Chapel of St. James
    21. Chapel of John the Baptist
    22. Division of the Holy Robes. The place commemorating the dividing of Christ’s clothing.
    23. Derision chapel. This place commemorates how the mob derided Jesus by mocking and laughing at him while He hung on the Cross.
    24. Armenian Chapel of St. Helena. Within this area is the Chapel of the Invention (discovery) of the Cross of Jesus.
    25. Rock of Golgotha enclosed in glass.

Good video. I like how you give the animations showing what it probably looked like in Christ's day. I find that one objection that people have about the site being authentic is that the current confusing jumble of religious structures on top of the site often puts people off from accepting it as the most probable place.

      What happened with Christianity?
      yaiy.org/literature/whatchristianity.html
Did you know that the letter J was the last addition to the English alphabet, less than 500 years?
An Italian Renaissance grammarian, Gian Goirgio Terissimo, known as the Father of the letter J, added the letter J in 1524, but was officially added to the English alphabet in 1630.
Churchianity follows the 17th century KJV, but there is a preceding 16th century KJV which doesn't have a letter J from cover to cover.
You will find names such as Iacob for Jacob, Ioseph for Joseph, Ierusalem for Jerusalem, Ieremiah for Jeremiah etc. and of course, Iesous for Jesus.
They still make copies of this 16th century KJV and was available for purchase online, such as on Amazon.
Besides, there's no letter J in the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet, such as Yerushalayim in Hebrew and Jerusalem in English. How about Yeriho? It is Jericho in English. Or Nehar haYardin in Hebrew and it is River Jordan in English.

I implore u to put ur faith and trust wholeheartedly in what Jesus did for you on the cross🎚👈🏼 my friend, and u will be forgiven of all ur sins/saved aka born again in Christ salvation [John 3:3] and then you may enter into heaven 🌅 it based on what Jesus did not what you do to enter into heaven for we are saved by GRACE through faith and not of works / good deeds for only Christ shed blood can save ur soul. Praying for all! Ecclesiastes 3:1, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."The Bible, God's Word, is the most important, only truthful book in the world, and praying all will read. God tells us our earth's complete history, from beginning to end, as all scripture was written by inspiration of God, for us to be corrected, and reproved, by walking in His truth (2 Timothy 3:16,17). God is our Faith, our Baptism, our LORD, and Father of all, and only He can save, not the pope, priest, you, or me, and none can come to Him, unless He draws, and only by His mercy; (John 6:44, 10:30, Ezekiel 36, Romans 1-9, 1 Timothy 2:5, Titus 3, Ephesians 1-5...) So as the days of Noah, because of too much sin, when the floods came, and took most everyone/thing away, except for the animals on ark, and Noah's family of eight, So shall our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ (both the same), come and destroy this earth with fire on the dreadful Judgment Day, with only a remnant saved (Isaiah 1, 10, 11, Jeremiah 23, 31, Ezekiel 6, Joel 2, Malachi 4, Romans 9, 11, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9, Revelation 11, 12, 18-22….), and He alone is the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2); Please come soon LORD Jesus, please come soon, let Satan and sin no longer rule, for many are suffering, more and more each day, especially the children, LORD we pray; Please come soon dear LORD, please come save. ua-cam.com/video/91StduCKTyw/v-deo.html

Now that they’ve brought back to life, excavated the tomb of Christ and mount calvary [Golgotha] where Christ was crucified can people pls NOT WORSHIP these sacred sites 😢 I hate seeing a statue of Mary erected & people kissing religious relics SERIOUSLY let us just respect Jesus by worshipping him and him alone NOT WORSHIP these old historical sites for the sake of Christ😢 let’s admire the history of Christ but pls let us not get caught up to the point where it becomes idolatry 🥺 because it’s so easy to idolise the steps of Christ & not realise we’re doing it may the Lord help us all 🙏🏼

Just as Ron Wyatt found the ACTUAL CRUCIFIXION SITE very close to the actual GOLGOTHA (SCULL HILL) still clearly visible today as well as the ACTUAL HOLE OF THE CROSS and the ARK OF THE COVENANT in Jeremiah's cave directly below this Crucifixion hole of our SAVIOR LORD JESUS.

Jesus' crucifixion site? (A 'Skull', Garden & Tomb) ...a location near the Old City of Jerusalem matches the biblical description of Jesus' crucifixion site and tomb with remarkable accuracy. (Below are detailed notes showing how the featured location corresponds with the New Testament's description of the crucifixion and burial site...)
    1) The New Testament says that Jesus was crucified "outside the gate"..."near the city" [Hebrews 13:12; John 19:20]. The featured site is located immediately north of the Old City of Jerusalem.
    2) The gospel writers reported that Jesus was crucified at "the Place of a Skull", known as 'Golgotha' in Hebrew, meaning 'Skull' [Matthew 27:33; Mark 15:22; Luke 23:33; John 19:17]. Near the Old City of Jerusalem, 'cavaties' in a rocky hillside align to form a vivid image of a skull.
    3) The disciple John recorded that at the crucifixion site "there was a garden" [John 19:41]. In the same location as the skull image, evidence has been found of a sizable garden plot from antiquity:
    a) Multiple ancient water cisterns, hewn out of the bedrock have been discovered. These would have stored a significant amount of water which could be used to maintain a garden.
    b) A large ancient winepress was also uncovered which would have been used to press grapes grown in the garden. The garden was significant enough in size to apparently require a full-time gardener [John 20:15].
    4) John also wrote that at the crucifixion site, in the garden, there was "a new tomb" where Jesus was buried [John 19:41-42]. In the area of the water cisterns and winepress, a large ancient tomb has been found which matches numerous details from the New Testament about the tomb Jesus was buried in:
    a) The disciple Matthew wrote that the tomb was "hewn out of the rock" [Matthew 27:60]. The tomb found at the featured site is hewn out of the limestone bedrock.
    b) Matthew specified that it belonged to "a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph" [Matthew 27:57-60]. The quality and size of the discovered rock-hewn tomb, as well as its location in a large garden near Jerusalem, confirm that its owner must have been wealthy.
    c) It is also recorded that Joseph of Arimathea"rolled a large stone against the door of the tomb" after the body of Jesus was placed inside [Matthew 27:60]. Carved into the rock-floor along the outside of the tomb is a long channel (or 'trough'), which would have enabled a large stone to be rolled in front of the doorway.
    d) Matthew also wrote that shortly after Jesus' burial, the authorities "made the tomb secure, sealing the stone" to prevent the body from being taken away [Matthew 27:66]. On the outside of the discovered tomb near the entrance, material containing iron has been found which possibly was nailed in to seal the stone in place.
    e) Both John and Luke spoke of visitors to the tomb "stooping down" to look inside [Luke 24:12; John 20:5; John 20:11]. The entraceway found at the tomb is relatively low, making it necessary to 'stoop down' on the ledge to view inside.
    f) The New Testament writers recorded that Jesus' body was placed lying down in the tomb, such that after the resurrection two angels were seen sitting in the tomb... "one at the head and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain" [John 20:12]. A carved-out 'bed' (long enough for a body to lie fully extended) is found inside the tomb, which is slightly elevated at one end, apparently acting as a 'pillow' for the head.
    g) Mark recorded that after the resurrection someone clothed in white was seen "sitting on the right side" of the tomb [Mark 16:5]. Upon entering the discovered tomb, the open burial space is seen on the right-hand side.
    h) John described the tomb as "a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid" [John 19:41]. There is evidence indicating that the tomb was 'new' at the time of Jesus' burial: A second 'bed' is also inside the large tomb, which appears unfinished in comparisson with the other bed. A plausible explanation is as follows: It could be that Joseph of Arimathea was building the tomb for two people (perhaps for himself and his wife, as many husband and wife couples are buried together today). In the midst of construction when it was nearly completed, Joseph unexpectedly made use of the tomb to bury Jesus. After the burial and resurrection of Jesus, Joseph likely considered the tomb too sacred to be used for anyone else, and therefore never completed its construction; explaining why the construction of the second bed was never finished, and explaining how the tomb was recognized as 'new' at the time of Jesus' burial. ua-cam.com/video/-7fHnnqre1o/v-deo.html

This video is amazing proof that Jesus Christ is the son of the ALMIGHTY, the blood that Ron Wyatt found on the Mercy Seat is over 2000 years old and still alive, which is no surprise when you realise, it's the blood of Christ who's body is incorruptible, this video is an amazing testimony and has never been shown on any mainstream TV, as the Evil ones who rule this fallen world will do anything to stop the majority knowing the truth. ua-cam.com/video/e0-6C3oRGko/v-deo.html&feature=share

Read Peter Walkers well researched book "The Weekend that Changed the World" which supports the viewpoint of this video. One reason, which speaks against Gordon's tomp is, that it has to be dated to the time of the kings and not to the 1. Century...

General Charles Gordon, spending several months in Jerusalem in 1883, became firmly convinced that the hill seen here was the Golgotha of the New Testament. The idea of Skull Hill as Golgotha was not original with him, however, as several earlier travelers and writers had proposed the same identification beginning as early as the 1840s, and Gordon certainly knew of some of these. Among the other proponents of this view was Claude Conder, a Palestine Exploration Fund explorer and surveyor who was sent to Palestine in 1872 and recorded the idea in two of his books, Tent Work in Palestine (1878) and The City of Jerusalem (1909). www.bibleplaces.com/blog/2015/03/nose-falls-off-skull-of-gordons-calvary/?fbclid=IwAR2kCEWdMlLT5COWmKPwvuJj4680487K7yrKjrHzEu5MeZ5zubJ4Tr_bY-k

Oh how i wish i could listen to your messages but the background music is so annoying and distracting. It just repeats itself like a broken record...why can you not give a message without background music. Perhaps i am the only one mentioning this...but alas thank God there are other good presenters without background music.

We are so sorry that the music is so annoying to you. We have tried to lower the sound so it is not so loud. Some people say they like the music, some say they don't. We will try to make some changes to make things better.

@@HolyLandSite thank you very much for responding. Your delivery and content is so interesting but the background music repeats itself to the point where it psychologically tunes off your msg and the music becomes the distracting focal point. I dare say most people prefer to hear the msg w/o background music...as to what purpose does the music have...it is the message only. Again thank you for your understanding.

"This is not an uncommon impression and one finds it sometimes among the Jews as well as Christians - that Judaism is the religion of the Hebrew Bible. It is, of course, a fallacious impression...Judaism is not the religion of the Bible."
