- These are simple and budget friendly and generally last me a good year plus of consistent use. They will last longer if you keep them covered and out of the weather when not in use.
If you’re on hard packed ground you’ll need a solid base of some sort and there are some decent 2x4 designs for that.
Yeh man I like the leg idea for soft soil. Wish is worked here in the hard clay of Ga. Makes set up super simple
Good video. Hoped to learn something new. We have done some walls from 2"x2" boards; lot easier to carry. A lot of our range is pretty hard though, so we do have to put feet on them. Sometimes they like to blow over, so gotta make sure the feel are large and heavy enough. Everything feels heavier now than it did when we started doing this. Always looking for something better, easier, and lighter.
Thank you for that demo!
got some material last night to build 2 of them...EASY EASY! I'll probably post a video of my Berm Phase 2 LOL

About what do these cost each?
Depending on your hardware store prices, somewhere around $25-$30 each.
What are some options if you dont have nice soft sand, but more like hard desert ground?
You can build legs that go out at angles and then use sandbags or nails to keep it from tipping.
