⭐️ ADDITIONAL VCARVE PRO TRAINING ⭐️
If you need more in-depth training in VCarve Pro, I highly recommend Garrett Fromme at IDC Woodcraft and Mark Lindsay CNC. Their videos were so instrumental in getting me started correctly on my CNC journey. Both are excellent sources for VCarve tutorials.
@IDCWoodcraft @MarkLindsayCNC
Marty, you are always first with the new toys. Looking forward to the install video of the easy buttons. As for new video ideas, I would like to see in detail (for my own setup) the tool setter, parking, etc in your Masso. BTW, I have learned a lot about sign making and have used your video as tutorials for some of my projects. And, every one of your signmaking videos have enough variety to keep me watching. Actually, I look forward to the next one.
Thanks Jim! I appreciate you so much. I'll keep the Masso settings in mind for a future video, that's really a pretty good idea!
Thanks....im about to buy the Foreman...i have watched alot of your vids and learned alot from you...keep it up💪
Thanks so much for watching! You’re gonna love that Foreman…you getting the Elite?
Looks great! Excited for you getting an ATC, that should be a lot of fun to figure out and mess around with.
Thanks! Yeah, the ATC is gonna be a whole new ballgame. I’m anxious to play with it though, for sure. 😉
Another awesome video, I'm learning a lot from you as I'm starting out. Looking forward to the Tool Changer / Button video.
Thanks for the Super Thanks!😊 It’s always great to hear that my videos are making a difference for folks. Thanks for watching!
Great video. Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks for watching!
That looks great. The vacuum is a good one to have on the eZ button. I use machine home to get the machine to the home location faster after I do a non requested tool change. Once its at the home location I hit home machine. Hopefully more inputs will be added. I think it will be useful with the ATC also.
Great tips, thanks Steve!
Great video. Looking forward to seeing the PwnCNC ATC videos. I believe mine should be arriving in the next few weeks. I also ordered the EZ Button from DashMade after seeing your video on that.
That’s awesome! You’re gonna love the eZ Button. After a month with mine, I now wonder why it didn’t come standard on the Masso? Super handy and intuitive. Thanks for watching and for using my affiliate links!
Loved the clock and presentation
Thanks!!
Thanks!
Thanks Russel!! I appreciate your support!
Thanks for another great video. Love the clock. I do have a question if you don't mind. In this project and others, you used v-bits for squaring inside corners of pocket cuts. You also used one to complete a v carve with a set flat depth on the email address of this sign. What percentage or set distance do you use for the stepover to ensure a satisfactory finish in the flat/bottom sections of those carves? Basically, what stepover setting do you use to prevent visible lines while also not making the run time too long with too many passes with a stepover amount thats too small? I imagine that varies with the angle of the v bit as well. Sorry for the long question. Im looking forward to the ATC videos as well!
I just use the recommended settings from the manufacturer. The complete Vectric database can be downloaded for free at the link below. Thanks for watching!

Ok. I'll have to download that. Thank you for your help!
Could you have used a tapered ball nose on instead of the 30dg jenny?
Yes, or a small endmill like 1/16” would’ve probably been fine.
using western red ceder?
Arkansas grown EASTERN red cedar.
Are you having trouble with the "masso link" wifi ? It doen't appear so, but, It seem there's alot of people (including myself) that are having this problem. Just waiting for Masso to fix it.😐
Thanks for your support!! 😊 I’m not having any WiFi connection issues, but at times my transfer rate from PC to Masso seems a lot slower than normal. I’ve mentioned this a few times on different videos but I don’t have any real reasons or solutions yet.
If you haven’t done so already, check out the Masso forum. Lots of knowledgeable folks on there that are willing to help, including actual Masso support staff.

I asked about this on another video Masso support was very helpful and promptly replied. Email them if you can't figure it out.
New question: how do I save and load multiple toolpaths using different bits? Say I want to use a endmill then finish up with a v bit. Every "instructional video" except yours or saying you save them individually meaning after running one tool path I have to load the next one just to change the tool? But I don't see or think you are having to do this correct
This may be more of a carveco question
@@BenFuller-ls8pm to the best of my knowledge you can only do this if you have a tool setter, but in VCarve Pro I just select every toolpath and then check “save visible toolpaths into one file”. Unfortunately I don’t know anything about Carveco.
Thanks!
Thank you!!
