How to make a Crystal Wand with detachable crystal heads!

Make a unique crystal wand with detachable crystal heads, so with only one wand you have, in fact, many different ones. You need: the wooden shaft (piece of wood about 20cm).
Iron discs with or without hole in the middle about 2 cm in diameter (these you can find in hardware stores) - get one for the wand and as many as the crystals that you are going to create the detachable tops with.
A thumb tack.
Clear glue and white wood glue
Air dry clay
Texture sheet (optional)
A ball of common type string
Crystals of your choice
Various colors of aluminum wire (optional)
Small flat magnet
Plastic or acrylic colors (black and gold)
Glitter glue (optional)
Acrylic gloss varnish for sealing
