- Huge shoutout to all of the other players and streamers who competed in this world's first race. This raid is definitely my favorite by far. We had some ups and downs all throughout the raid. At the end of the day we blasted through it and got it done. We did argue at some points, but we didnt let that get to us at all. Also try not to take everything we TOO seriously, we tend to joke around A LOT. I personally want to thank Bungie for making this amazing game. It has changed my life in many ways. This raid, around the maze and past it, gives me a vault of glass feel. It's so mysterious and it definitively feels like there's more to be found.

Broman Crew With Gothanlion and etc seems like They Were the 2nd To complete it But the Fastest to understand How to go through the Sequences and Phases
Bro/Goth crew pay more attention to damage output, for example knowing that the charges are good to keep using after the shield is down. The other 2 things I noticed Bro/Goth do a bit better is taking sides to build callouts sooner, and paying attention to the clues on "the darkness consumed you" screen.
For the first thing I said, something many people don't know is that Aksis Phase 2 final stand can be done deterministically. If you have enough cannon shot leftover, you can just do that. Not that you should, just that it exists. To get some people through that, we had 3 of them kill themselves since they couldn't handle empowerment. The other 3 of us did the encounter solo and since we only had half the people left for final stand, we just used the cannons.

Assuming they have played together a lot and can recognize each others voices. Because something I've learned for raid etiquette is you don't say "me", you say your name as it is on-screen. The time saved ads up.

Mad respect for world's first, but damn I'd never be able to rush through a fresh raid like that. Nothing in this game beats exploring a raid blind, in my opinion
Congratulations! We were just behind you all the way up to the final boss room. You were still ahead of us, reaching the final boss room in 51 minutes while it took us 67 minutes. Unfortunately for us, we overcomplicated the fight by thinking only the Empowered guardians could throw the Siva charges. We made it so much more difficult than it needed to be :(

16 minutes is not right behind. In a 12 hour run yes in an 1 hour run that's near 30% of the entire time
1 hour run? Your run was 1:56. That's closer to 2 hours than it is to 1 hour.

Dude I’ve had some of the most rage moments on this raid, but I’ve also met some of the coolest people as well, I’ll never forget when we had everything going against us fighting axis , we didn’t kill him fast enough and he Enraged and we still ended up killing him BARELY lol we were all happy lmao

Coming back here since my last completion 2 years ago. this will always be my favorite raid in all of D2, followed closely by SoTP, and then Last Wish. never really liked KF to be honest, and Crota was fun solo :) the memories..

Oof, when they finally decide to claim sides in Aksis, they claim cannon sides instead of orb. Considering they had already done 3 runs already and saw how servitors come out of all sides, I'm surprised they think they could throw down the anchor. Edit: ah, they are calling out which side they will go to claim a cannon. That's fine, except it doesn't matter nearly as much as orbs. We have 5 people on one side chasing the same orb lol.
