Staying in Mumbai...I can only dream of Rs.500 as electricity bill. Just this month I payed Rs. 5600! And every month there is some or the other thing...kuch nahi toh family members ke birthday hote hi hai... Kuch nahi bach pata.

There are many things not included like ironing,water cans in some cities,school fees,non veg,your EB bill is very low ,news paper, etc but inspite you explained well

Even i make budget every month, bt mam i feel this is not proper, it seems totally incomplete. What about internate bills, phone bills, news paper bill n aur bhi bahot sare chote chote kharche hote hai... Which u have not included....

Due to inflation each year it is not practical to act upon ur planning. Generally speaking if a man is earning less than 50,000, no woman is ready to get marriage with him even. He is considered living below poverty line. Ur suggestions r commendable but there is no hope to fully implemented now a days.
I guess u have married outside asia because in Asia specifically in india there are lot of women whose partner earns less than 50 k dude
