Today we breathe a breath of fresh air on the Carmel coast up in Northern California. On these shores, a little beach relief can go a long way. There is something so rejuvenating... restorative... cleansing and calming to these Pacific waters.
This beach meditation video was filmed between Carmel by the Sea and Pebble Beach in 4K. This stretch of shoreline is one of the most magical in California. Let me show you why...

In my travels, there are a couple places that grabbed and overwhelmed me. The Kauai Cathedrals from both the top and bottom view, the perfect lagoons of Bora Bora and the view from the top of Yosemite Falls in winter.
But the 17 Mile Dr and Point Lobos - which is the land in the video sticking out in the background - will always be special in my heart because I grew up just a few miles from there…it will always be home.
There is something so undeniably beautiful, comforting, rejuvenating and healing about the waters of this area. Ahhh... 😌💙💙💙

I've never thought of Carmel as "Northern California." Anything from San Francisco down to just north of Santa Barbara would be the central coast, imho.
