This was perfect to fall asleep to. Nothing beats the sound of water running beautifully. I always picture it as rain on my window that's singing me to sleep.

Avoid loud noises and train your ear GRADUALLY on sounds and I guess it's a good start here.
2 hours a day for 6 months - 3 years (Tip: focus on the waterfall sound and if you can't, try a louder sound but a sound you can tolerate)
Don't give up people, stay hopeful and try everything! 😉
