Thank you for your comment.. But this is called Crate training Please see our all videos she no longer sleeps in crate She sleeps on our bed..with us.. This was when she was 6 months old..just like why do you make babies sleep in crib.. Simple Cz they don’t get hurt or in trouble Thank you again for your dislike n comment We still appreciate it
My cavalier sleeps on my bed with me and has home cooked beef mince and veggies with blueberries apple and kale most days. Guess he's a very lucky dog. We rescued him from an abusive home and he is getting lots of love and being spoilt but he deserves it. He does have a bit of separation anxiety now when I go out. They are such an adorable breed. Only problem is the amount of ear wax and keeping his ears clean as he keeps getting ear infections. Do you clean her ears regularly?
Your so underated! i luv your channel so so much!!! I have. a question, if you have not done this video already, could you show all her clothes, if she has any! I would rlly appreciate it if you could make that video!!!!
Omg!! Thank you so much for the comment.. No we haven’t done her wardrobe videos yet.. but such a brilliant idea.. will surely come up with that.. Thank you again Hugs and kisses from Penny 😘😘
hi, i wanna know some things about cavaliers. Can they stay alone 4 hours ? Do they bark a lot(i live in a apartament so it would be bad)? Do they sheed A LOT? And if you know a dog breed that can be alone for 4 hours or more, doesent bark and doesent sheed much..can you tell me ? i love you and your cavalier hope your good and safe.
Hi Firstly Thank you for watching & dropping by our channel 🥰🥰 Now to answer your questions: 1. Cavaliers or no matter any dog should not be left alone for more than 6-7 hours And specially for cavaliers they are lap dogs so kinda needy and dependable so it’s ideal not to leave them for more than 5 hours alone.. 2. Yes They shed alot..but constant brushing and grooming helps in a long go.. 3. We also live in a apartment and Penny doesn’t bark alot..somedays she never barks for whole day but i know some cavs that are yappy but cavs are quite intelligent and easy to train so you can train them not to bark 4. Dogs are meant to bark thats the way they communicate but obviously they can be trained as per requirement also there are lot of breeds who doesn’t shed like poodles, bichon frise, maltese, yorkies etc..
I also have a ruby cavalier. She hasn't been alone most of the days because of home office in the pandemic. But when we do go to the office for work, she is sad for about 10 minutes, then goes to sleep and doesn't have any accidents until we are back around 9 hours later. Some cavaliers bark a lot, others don't. Not sure if it depends on training or character. They do shed a lot but it hasn't been a huge problem since it's a small breed.
Okay thanks so much! That was really helpful! One Cavalier breeder said that her 3 year old Cavalier has to go 5 times a day but I do not think that is true. Love your channel by the way!
Alisha Patel That depends On the age and health!! Penny is 1 year old and she goes out for 2 times 💩 break and pee break depends on how much water she drinks in a day.. Like in summer its like 4-5 times but in winters she mostly sleeps
And Thank you so much for love and support Don’t forget to subscribe and hit the bell icon.. so that no updates are missed.. penny’s first staycation vlog is coming up 😀
Thank you so much for watching our channel 🥰🥰 I feel crate training is very important for puppy days. Just like cribs for babies, crates keeps puppy safe and calm.. Penny loves her crate, its her little safe den.. she goes in and out on her wish.. Now as she is 1 year old she hardly stays in crate..Even during night she sleeps on bed.. But for her puppy days We opt for crate training coz of which she was potty trained in no time.. even sleeps entire night peacefully.. She has plenty of beds of her own but sometimes when she feels scared like during thunderstorms or fireworks she chose her crate to sleeps in..
@@PennyTheCavie ah I actually never though of it this way. Always thought of a crate as a sort of space you lock the dog away too. Anyway, interesting - thanks!
Thankyou ❤️❤️ We are strong believers of positive reinforcement training.. we have never locked her in the crate.. Its her wish to go in n out n when she goes in she gets lots of treats..😍
@@PennyTheCavie yeah positive reinforcement is the one to go for definitely. Now I understand the crate, we’ve just never used them with any of our doggos so this one sort of went around me if you know what I mean. Now we just cant wait to be able to get our cavalier as we hahah
Poor Penny. Why do you keep this dog in the cage? Would you want to live or sleep in a cage? I give you dislike.

Get a plush toy, not a dog... 🙄

Hey! Love the Vid! How often do Cavaliers have to be taken out to use the bathroom?
Thank you so much!!
If they are 6 months or less puppy then every 2 to 3 hours and after that thrice or four times a day..

@@PennyTheCavie Okay, thanks!
Without trying to sound like a hater - why do you keep her closed in the cage? I never understood that why not just a normal bed for her?
lovely dog btw! As a matter of fact we are just looking into getting cavalier ourselves.
