If I were to guess, the mix sounded more balanced in the middle of the room, but since Satriani was located more to the left, as was the person recording, his guitar appears to dominate in this clip.
This will be greatest guitar duo of all time only ones who can cut heads and jam complimenting each other at the same time a guitar lovers dream concert!

Oh shit son you're about to get a youtube strike and taken down so hard. Not by me though. I love some satriani and vai. Fuck Eric Johnson though, cant believe they cant find someone with more talent.
I doubt Satch or Via would approve of your criticism of EJ. I agree that Via is on another plane talent-wise, but as much as I like and respect Satch, I wouldn't say he's more talented than EJ. They both rely a lot on cliche riffs and their compositional approach a bit stale, but I admire the work ethic.
@@nathansnively5268 That's your opinion, and I'm gonna take wild guess that' there's something about EJ you don't like. I agree his playing has been lackluster as of late, and he's always been off and on like Jeff Beck was. I think he may have peaked when he toured with Mike Stern. You do know he has quite a diverse repertoire dating back to Tones in '86? While EJ is technically more versatile than Satch, Via or Stern i.e. employs more techniques and covers more styles, I think Stern is the most interesting musician, although in a different style. I prefer EJ's slower more creative harmolodic playing. He does some really nice intro stuff in a video with Mike Stern called "Eric Johnson & Mike Stern - Cliffs of Dover". I know the song has been beat to death, but it's worth a listen if you are so inclined.
Yeah I was right in front of Joe’s cabs so was getting a lot of the stage volume. Also earlier in the show Joe’s primary head puked and they switched to the backup 3rd Power that was much more present. You can see in the video where Joe tries to compensate and tone down the backup head.
Hell Yeah! Saw that last week at the State Theatre in Minneapolis. F'ing Awesome!!
Where's the sound man? Tell him to make Vai's guitar a little bit louder.

Good video❤
I was able to get 2nd row seats right in front of Satch for the show on 4/10/24 in Collingswood NJ and what an epic guitar show it was!!!
Perfect light and camera angle make both of them are shining....
how easy you can hear the amazing frienship on the melody!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. Emociones al mil. Dos cracks...!!
Awesome!!!!!
I wonder if the whole time while playing enter sandman satch is thinkin imma show Kirk how this is done. Jk
quel énergie !! waouh !
Great stuff! I wish Vai would have been a tad louder in the mix.
Yes, true. I was right in front of Joe's back line at stage floor height, so it picked up lots of that MoJoe sound.
Qué maravilla❤❤❤❤❤
Brutal!
It’s Satch school
What are those Amps? A new brand?

I think you have the year wrong in the title.
Thank you. Fixed
Si on aurait mis pelée et Maradona c'est pas sûr que ça aurait donnee et c'est le cas ,enfin les albums de vai sont plus intéressants que ceux de joe
neither one can do EVH period..
5:02 👉 It turns out that it doesn't matter
tinha que ser proibido esse tipo de filmagem, o som e imagem está uma merda. O indivíduo que faz isso nem curti o show, só quer aparecer. Lamentável.

@@GCKelloch The best thing Johnson has ever done was Red House, and guess what? That track was carried by Joe and Steve, Johnson was just there.

Steve needs to be up in the mix or perhaps it’s the angle of the recorder?
