Edit: I know Dropsy is not a disease that can be “cured” as it is the result of other things cause organ failures in the goldfish I said this as a he cured Mr.clean twice maybe/hopefully he can cure tuby tobey

The problem is with dropsy is that when the scales puff out like a pine cone they start to do internal damage to the fish so it's kind of uncurable in that sense

dropsy isnt really a condition itself, its a result of their internal organs starting to fail from another issue (bacterial, fungal, etc). It's a visible symptom of an underlying condition

When you have a lot of goldfish, some fish suddenly become DROPSY or suffer from DROPSY in stages. No matter how clean I keep the water, I can't avoid it.

Buzzer saw that drainage right above the connector nut and smash away. I recommend replacing the waste and overflow when getting a new tub or if you decide to go with a shower you won’t need it anyways.

Try giving him bloodworms. They’re high in protein and I think they should help. They did help when my fish was sick. Also try to put Indian almond leaves in his tank. They also helped my fish when he was sick.

I wouldn't say a certain food, but a lot of good quality food and good water quality

What helps me with dropsy and any sort of weird ailments or illnesses that my fish can get what prevents all of that when I put one tablespoon of salt and epsom salt in 100 gallons it's low enough but it also is there so it helps them in a very microscopic sense to build up their slime coat and adds electrolytes to the water so they are healthier and it helps them with their muscles with the Epsom salt
