Love you Jim!!
That was a lovely fact
Love Jims and ingrids facts x
When I read the title of this video I literally thought "What can this be about? He´s not going to say that world is 4,6 billions years old, I learned that in elementary school - everyone must know that." I was so wrong...
That old woman picture was so adorable!
How did we find this out?
Hello Jim
Yes it is this old, they found this out by something called radiometric age dating, you can read it on wikipedia.
like a year ago
By tracing the half-life of chemicals in rocks :)
I think it's about 7 thousand years old.
I feel sorry for Jim's nan :(
How deep would you need to dig? As the top layers would be youngest right and the further you go down the older it gets. Also I understand the Tectonic plates are being created and destroyed right? So how are we sure that the earth hasn't recycled the crust thousands of times already? :s
Some people aren't going to like hearing this.;)
I wish i had a boyfriend like jim
no he just thinks its still up there
ha! no its not... at least /I/ believe the world is only about 6,000 years old :/
No it's not :p it's only 6-7 thousand years
Ooh...way to diss your own nan, man.
Hahahahaha
Haha
That's fake
Not a fact
Yeah right that's not what the bible says
Haha
