    when you have questions that arise during the scoping phase, about specifics, that only the client can answer, how do you reach out? email, phone call? what's the preferred method to get your questions answered?

    How much would you price a project like this for?

    Hi Nick, thank you for this incredibly valuable content.
    I have a little question for you:
    What do you think about hubspot CRM when creating automation and why do you use software like Cluckup or Monday and not Hubspot?

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  6 місяців тому +2

      Appreciate the kind words Luke 🙏
      ClickUp >>> HubSpot for small-midsized agencies imo. And that's my target market. I think if you start getting more enterprise, say ~$1M/mo, HubSpot begins being the right choice. But if you're small and lean ClickUp is the GOAT

      @@nicksaraev thank you.
      I asked that because I was going into crisis with all the features and automations that the HS starter kit offers and I wasn’t able to make a fair comparison with all other CRM platforms.
      I think that would be very very helpful if you’d make videos where you analyze all the various platforms for each thing (eg CRMs, Call Bookings, Email Managements) in order to make a fair comparison and give us your advice of which are the best for creating flows and automations with make.
      I don’t know it is a good idea or a stupid one but, at least for me, it would be a godsend, since the amount of different softwares around in the market it’s insane.
      Thank you again Nick, I started to get passionate and create automation thanks to you and I really appreciate your work here on YT.

    why not suggest them an alternative to simpro since it's unnecessary complicated (with the add new customer thing)?

      Still full ☹️ but spots are opening this week! From there I anticipate a turnover of maybe one person every 3-4 days.

    SIMPRO has a direct integration with Zapier, so it could be made easier just using Zapier as a middleman among the other apps they wanted, isn't it?

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  6 місяців тому +1

      Absolutely. You can call a Zapier webhook and send the data there, then have Zapier do the heavy lifting for you. At the end of the Zapier flow, you could call a Make webhook and send the data back.
