    B. Guidance and thoughtful choice of Pilates exercise for the body’s needs.
    Each 55 minute lesson is recorded using the application Zoom.

    How much the distance between hips to edge of carriage in front?

      It depends. But usually as far forward as you can manage. There's always the option to use 2nd or even 3rd gear depending.
