I think they're different, classic vibe has vintage specs and feel, round c neck, vintage tuners... i would go for the talman without thinking : better neck joint access , locking tuners, better moderne neck profile and a great retro style that you will not see everywhere.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I think the Prestige ones are setup more like a Strat in SSS and built in Japan (so hand-finished), whereas the base level ones are more Tele style and built in China. That said, Chinese Ib'ys are on-point at the moment, and (having tried the 302 myself) you won't be disappointed!
If you choosing between this and a Squier tele. Get this instead, it feels so much better

Just bought one myself. by far my favorite guitar. Blows my S-series made in Indonesia out of the water
Prestige have gotoh tuners and seymour duncan alnico pick ups! It is made in Japan and does have a skunk stripe
