Electrolysed water disinfected the brush roller while it is cleaning so you don’t spread germs around your house. To really test its effectiveness you kinda need to run germs lab test on the floor and the roller. But it is definitely using electrolysed water. You can see it is working in the clean water tank and you can also smell it.
Correct--but the question (and I don't have the answer to that); 1) is the current used and the electrolysis that's happening for a few seconds in the tank, actually enough for it to effective and 2) is the electrolyzed water in contact with the floor for long enough to provide actual disinfecting capabilities? I don't know..!
The features you're saying are missing are in the "Pro", you're comparing H14 NON-PRO with H13 PRO. You should pin a comment or something letting your viewers know you made a mistake.
Fair. But there was no mistake per se; when I made this review, there was no Pro model out yet. It was released in some markets shortly after (and still not released in other markets, like mine). I do still think what I said in that review still hold true; it is priced at a “pro” price point but lacking those Pro features. My opinion at least, you might disagree.
I believe since it is the base unit, and not the H14 Pro, that's why they have removed some of the 'pro' features. Though for a base machine it is very expensive, and the 180 degree feature alone, while a really welcome addition, a bit hard to justify the price increase.
I ALMOST fell for Dreametech’s false advertising about the hot water temperature used to clean the brush. I liked the fact that they specified a temperature whereas Roborock did not. Thanks for the nice review. I purchased the H14 ultra before viewing this video. It's sad that they removed the LED light which is really useful for me. The other function works well as you reviewed. But it's a disappointment that they cut off some features in the H14 ones. Also H14 ultra doesn't have LED light compared to the pro.

The Ultra was only released in Singapore. There is the H14 Pro though, I have a unit on its way to me, so make sure you're subscribed to get notified when I release that video!
Depends on what matters to you. Personally I would go with the H14 for a) lay flat ability and b) silent drying, both of which I deem important to me. Unfortunately I would have to forgo max mode and the ability to manually kick the vacuum into heated drying, both of which are also important to me, but if I were to pick between the first 2 features or these, I'd personally go with lay flat / silent drying. But, what matters to me might be different from what matters to you..
Hello @RawansReviews thanks for the great video. What about the cleaning supplies… Can I use the cleaning supplies I want to use or is the original cleaning supplies e.g. Dreame for Dreame needed??
Manufacturers always warn against using anything other than their own brand. Which is understandable, they want to drive sales to their products. Personally, I use any detergent made for wet/dry vacuums, irrespective of brands. I can't confirm scientifically that it's 100% safe as I don't generally go into the chemical composition of these detergents. But, my theory is; if it works for any brand, should work just as well for others. But that's just me!
