It hasn’t been in development for 10 years. The company went bankrupt and sold everything in 2010 if I remember. The company came back with the og guys in 2019, they have been running mainly on crowdsourcing, grants, and some investment. They have put more of their money in simplifying the manufacturing process and making parts that can be sold to the market like there solar ( they have deal with trailer manufacturer and telo). They already on pi 4 for the last testing and they will manufacture this year.

Not only can this tech completely destabilize a weather system. It can indirectly influence weather, mitigate cloud formation and rainfall. As we know rain and clouds are responsible for keeping weather temperatures consistent up or down. In short mitigate natural cloud formation by drying it out. And you can create droughts. This isn't New tech either at all and was actively studied by scientific minds like over 100yrs ago. Well we have come full circle to that conclusion. And this technology does not include the use of seeding. We have cloud seeding that can create and destroy moisture. The nice thing is if you get rid of these influences by shutting them down. Then the earths natural equilibrium and cycling will start to come back. Here is something to think about. Control money control people, Control Religion Control People, Controlling the Weather you will control food and in turn you will control people, control what people believe by what they see hear and talk about you will control people, create circumstances that influence people to give up their rights thru legislation well now. You have control over the world. Socialism and Communism help give rise to this. It should be noted creating a chunk of society that doesn't care is a win because they will fall for anything when push comes to shove.
Somehow it's running out of energy, hearing all this cheering up world changing new energy consumption machines and vehicles. For someone who is considering the industry, rentability and marketing as the most active destroying forces of everything, it really starts to annoy to hear from new even larger but more efficient powerplants if the lifecycles of any power consuming product isn't supposed to be longer than the warranty, then it needs to be with a complet new one, because repair is more expensive than using up raw materials, that a advertised as recycled, but are commonly found on every waste mount of the poorest third world countries. The superhappy voiceovers are becoming cynical.
Good example of huge waste. Ten yo Old Wind turbine housing that are structurally deemed unfit for service end up in huge farms with acres of blades and impeller housings just laying around. The pitch was The half life was 75yrs. Yup no 5-10yrs later being replaced. And now the question is. What do we do with the junk. Literally we cannot break them down into their base forms because the cost and impact would be horrible. Personally speaking. I like the idea of using a digestive ripping and grinding tool to create building material.
