Hey Connor, is there any way to program the form fields on the systray icon when submitting a ticket so that user doesn't have to constantly input their first/last name, email, and phone?
Good stuff as always. thank you! For user matching field, you've got a drop down that allows you to select windows username. I dont have that on my instance. Am I missing something? not sure if that missing field is whats causing users & assets to not be matched.

I sent you an email Renada The issue im having is when importing devices they aren't going into the correct site, even though i have the sites correct under locations. It always imports the device as unknown\unknown :(
Hey, I believe one of the team will have picked up this email, so hope everything was handled accordingly. With regards assets going to unknown, this means you haven't imported your companies/sites via that integartion. Essentially from a Technical Level you have a list of cusomers, you then sync/match that customer lists in HaloPSA to the customer list in your RMM. This will stored an ID in the Database. Then when you import your assets it'll check the ID and match the customer. Tl;DR Import Customers then Re-import assets you'll be golden :) Thanks Connor

I just have to setup the customers in Ninja, import them, then i can add all their extra details that Halo didn't grab?! Man, i wish Halo\Ninja would work on making integration more seamless, I'm coming over from AT\Datto and i didn't have to do anything because they were all in the same ecosystem 😅😅
@@RenadaSolutions I'm struggling to get the customers to line up with the correct site, it keeps creating a new site. This is only happening for a customer that has 1 site but 3 locations in Ninja... any ideas how to make them import and merge with the correct customer location?
