    Very helpful video! Can you make a video about Service Desk? I am an Admin Assistant/VA who uses RIngCentral as my phone along with ticket creation with HaloPSA. It's my daily routine. This can be of great help! I am a new follower. Keep up the good work!

      Thanks for your reply. What do you mean by Service Desk please? If you mean the product Halo Service Desk then it's exactly the same as HaloPSA :)
