Funny we were doing this starting 2 years ago at Autonomous Safety using your detectors and the M100 then M210. All the FDs at tge shows were interested but would not commit. We had remote sensing with real time data back to a tablet for plum modeling.

My grandfather was a Battalion Chief for a HazMat Team, he just stepped down though.
i would love to do this job... i went to Uconn storres for my bachelors of science w a minor in hazmat i am born 2 fly the drone fleet... just ordered my drone been waiting for the mavic 2 didnt expect the zoom so ima go that route i think but how would one go about getting into a hazmat or osha related job? besides getting in touch w fema and doing emergency response for floods and hurricanes, power loss all that.. i think drones r pivotal in the future of emergency response, maybe can adapt that for police use throw a drone up in the sky w heat sig to find run aways at traffic stops and such or if someone gets away n is hiding in the forest, or if u just want to not take a loss in human life and send a drone in and to be able to zoom in as well i never thought it would be possible as a consumer product... great job dji..
Contact your local fire department and start there. You have to work your way up.
Id have to try a different town... i live in a small town and our FD is volunteer only no paid positions... i highly doubt they would pay me to fly a drone, but im gunna try other towns mayb move if i have to becuz that would just be an amazing job to work.. i would never get tired of doing that type of work...

Yeah. The fire departments go to them to find out the best equipment for their application. It's not like DJi is throwing drones at random fire departments.

Andro in in your dreams there are better industrial drone companies than dji. You never heard because those are not available in consumer market n cost starts at 25000. Most of them has flight time of 40mnts upto one hour.

Not at all sure if there will be a DJI Spark 2 but in my opinion u should get it they have a great offer on there website
A spark 2 would be nice...the spark is a great starter drone it's worth it.. learn how to adjust camera settings manually the video and pics are 💯

all technology is more disposable than human lifes. If someone of sane mind throws a live Drone into a fire, the worst anyone can do is accuse them of wasting money. But if someone of sane mind throws a live human being into a fire, they're one of the worst people in existence and are likely to get arrested.

As a clueless, suit wearing government worker that writes laws for a living, I say we need to regulate DRONES out of existence because the future scares me and I am opposed to progress! That is all.
I am against drone manufacturers that think they can make things "safe" digitally. I also don't like products I cannot modify. These guys should be learning how they work by building them, they wouldn't need safeguards and they could do their job more efficiently.
