Panther Type G Late Version - Part 1 - 1/35 Tamiya - Tank Model - [ model building ]

- This production is a German tank Panther G (late type). A panther tank that was strongly influenced by the Soviet tank T34/76 that was built last time. The wide sloping armor starting from the sharp edge of the tip speaks for itself eloquently. This time, we will attach a camouflage net as special equipment to such a panther. And at this point, I'm thinking of making the camouflage pattern on the car body a different stripe pattern than the box art. That aside, let's start with the assembly. Please enjoy.
今回の製作はドイツ戦車パンサーG（後期型）です。前回作ったソビエト戦車T34/76に強く影響を受け設計されたパンサー戦車。先端の鋭いエッジから上下に始まる広い傾斜装甲が雄弁にそれを物語ります。今回はそんなパンサーに特別装備としてカモフラージュネットを装着します。そして今の時点で車体の迷彩柄はボックスアートとは異なるストライプパターンにしようと考えています。それはさておき、まずは組み立てから始めましょう。お楽しみください。

You did an incredible job, it sure does look fantastic! I simply adore those Tamiya 90s Panthers! There are more detailed models of all variants of Panthers now, but call me nostalgic, there is something magical about earlier Tamiya models. I will for surely build one of those, of course with PE parts, new tracks and metal barrel. Can't wait for the painting video! Have a great weekend!

Your models definitely are the most detailed I've seen, and it's nice that you use primarily the out of box kit. All the cool extra pieces are just you, super cool. Also thank you for the the camo netting idea, never knew how much more a simple net could add to a model

Тросики реалистичнее и аккуратнее делать шуруповертом: в него заправить пучек проволоки и с оттягом на себя крутить. Получается аккуратно.

This is a fairly old kit, kind of lacking in the detail department,But your modification make the tank more alive especially with the added camouflage mesh!if it is i will choose RFM panther g
Tamiya's tank models are cheap, have few parts, and are easy to assemble. Besides, I'm a lazy person, and to be honest, I don't want to get involved with the recent tank models, which have an unusually large number of parts. Thanks for your comment.🍺
@@smc-2 May I ask how much you paid for this kit? In my country the price difference between Tamiya and RFM Panther G is not much🥲
@@kurotree3035 Panther G is 2.5 times more expensive than Tamiya's kit. Other imported kits are generally similarly expensive. I think it's a little unsuitable for a style like me that assumes remodeling and enjoys it easily.🍰

Great job. I really enjoyed the entire video. The Camo net is amazing, what were you dabbing it with after hanging it on the hooks? Why the wire around the barrel?
After hanging it on the hook, I fixed it with white wood glue. The gun barrel wire is for attaching and binding tree branches for camouflage. Thanks for your comment.🍎
The custom stowage details on your models always looks sick. Do you get your copper plate and wire from hardware stores or is it more complicated than that?

What airbrush are you using? I just got into tank models and i want to try and make them in the style you make them. I just dont know how to start
I use Tamiya 0.2 and 0.3 nozzle airbrushes. Compressor also uses cheap Tamiya REVO. Anyway, try to make it carefree without thinking too hard. I think that you will naturally understand various things, such as new questions and the meaning of the work process, as you make several items. let's have fun.👍

Surely attaching the netting prior to painting the tank is a mistake?
If the net is attached, the camouflage painting of the tank body cannot be done. The net is detachable. I'll post the painting and weathering part 2 video tomorrow at 6pm Japan time. stay tuned.👍

How long did it take to build it? And how long did it take to paint it?
10 days for assembly, 10 days for painting and weathering. Editing the video takes about 5 days for Part 1 and 5 days for Part 2. Other tanks are about the same.🍔

@@smc-2 they won't last very long and it will put a lot pressure stress on the sprocket and idler. Don't get me wrong it's easy to put it on but you have drill a pin into it to make it sag. But the good thing is that latest tamiya kit this year, jagdpanzer iv (A) will have separate track segments like takom kits which is cool.

@@smc-2 what I'm trying to say is that a lot of tamiya kits comes with vinyl tracks. Modellers usually buy aftermarket tank tracks like metal, plastic and resin to replace those. I usually avoid tamiya kits unless I can get those replacement tracks.
