They lack musicality. They are being directed by people with burnout. The band and choreography feels more like something that they have to do, they get the task done, and then that’s it. It’s almost like grocery shopping rather than shopping for luxury. The captain is amazing but is drained by the lackluster that surrounds her. She cannot be a team by herself. I think you can have traditional feel with a modern approach. You are such a GREAT HOST! I enjoy watching you and listening to you more than the dancers on any episode. You are teaching me so much! I think if they were a European team we would be a lot more impressed, the Band too, if this makes sense. I think they are trying to present a classic, less-is-more, throw back style. But it’s translating as LESS is just LESS. They need to add GIANT FEATHER FANS to the back of their costumes and stilettos and super RED lipstick… They look like a phenomenal top of their game champion elementary school team with college bodies. They look either like a team from the 1950s or a brand new team.

Yes, their uniforms are confusing. They need a total revamp. Uniforms included. I understand they wear more outfits like Tracie's girls, but uniforms always fall short.
What I can tell about this team is, they are very theatrical. You can tell they hit the theatre stage as well. Very Unique and interesting. Also, I've seen some better videos he could have chosen.

GSU one suggestion band wise, please PUT SOME OF THEM MFing RAP TUNES down somewhere for a season, just throw this year's book away and start fresh, lets get some energy in the music book JSMH As for Orchesis, I look forward to seeing more growth with this new sponsor.

Honestly I couldn’t make it past 20 minutes. They may have done some amazing things after that but I just couldn’t anymore. And I’m speaking of the whole band not just orchesis.
Morgan I’m an Alumni of Grambling State University Tiger Marching Band and I agree with you. It’s time to evolve on every level with the band and the Orchesis because the talent and potential are there. I can truly say 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, Spr 2020, and 2021 the Orchesis was on one and evolving. In 2015 the new sponsor was an amazing captain of the Orchesis and she came with so many creativeness and she’s such an amazing and skillful dancer, but she may wow us this year because they’re looked better than 2022. But I want to say I love how you highlight all of the bunch dance line and how can I join squad buddies.

I feel the same way about Hot Ice. They have been dancing since the early 80’s and need a better book. What they have now is a lot better than what I saw growing up but progress is still to be had but like Orcheisis, they are going in a great direction
Orchesis you are all beautiful beauties, but I think the music that was played didn't do you justice. You're all great dancers I would really like to see more dynamics in your dancing.
I think they need a new Coordinator. There is no reason these girls shouldn't be on Southern level on the field. They are a whole dance company . I think some of the stands are too theatrical. Sometimes too much music is wasted, the capt calls a sit down on the hypest parts of the song. As fans we want to be entertained. Im giving them another unbiased shot next season but ..... Hopefully a change in leadership will help them become more cohesive as a team.
Morgan, Morgan, Morgan! Give these girls a break! They are great, talented dancers. I've never heard you bash a team through almost the entire video! Appreciate the few positives though. They work within the parameters of their Sponsor, but these girls can dance! EVERY team has something to offer. Just young Ladies trying to create a great college experience. All of them, every school. I appreciate all of the teams, but the Orchesis get it from you every time over the last couple of years. BAD! You CLEARLY have an issue with something that keeps lingering...I say don't even cover them if it's gonna be so negative and contradictory every time. Doesn't help the girls. IJS 🤷🏽♀️. 😊
This was nothing… I literally walked off many videos! I actually gave them props and said it’s more of the bands fault, but spoke on their 8-32 counts… I don’t have 1 lingering issue 😂 If I’m not honest then why would I even make a video to begin with Change needs to happen 😌 Would you rather me tell the truth (my truth) or lie about it ? This was nothing 😂go back and watch my videos in 2019! You’d be surprised! What was contradictory?
