Silent Nightmare Same problem here too. I'm trying to PP with Tilt Stick holding down shoulder button attack, but it doesn't seem to work.
I've researched it watching videos and going on sites, but it doesn't seem to work like that. I think it's pretty useless. I don't see any advantages in Bidou-tilt. I don't know what are the "basics things" Fatality says they help in.

I'm tired of people saying this character is too easy
+Jmash324 It's because at low skill levels, falcon has a dash grab that is difficult to deal with [for players who dont know how] as well as quick smash attacks with a decent amount of power.
This makes people think that hes easy to pick up and play well because they dont actually know how to fight him. However, once you start to get decent with the game, he becomes much easier to deal with so players stop saying this as much.
Basically, falcon isn't too difficult to pick up, but VERY hard to play at a high level. Most [experienced] players can play falcon at a decent level after only putting in a couple of days into the char, but it takes years to make him good at the top skill level.
Yeah, that's probably a better way of wording it.
hes easy up until high tier level of play. At medium to low tier play hes really easy to play.

Another useful combo. From 0% - 10%, down throw, to neutral air, to footstool, to down air reset. One of my most used combos. Not many people know about this.

TLDR Falcon is a master tactition who gets more information as the game progresses then becomes 20undefined steps ahead of you.
"main or bust" LOOKING AT YOU, ZERO
You could also do a D-throw > N-air > U-air > Fastfall > U-tilt on heavyweights on early percent but is not guaranteed.
Also, D-throw > N-air > Footstool > D-air is guaranteed at early percent. Hope this helps you STYLISH Falcons out there :D

Pyrospower Yeah, if you're on for glory where people can't tech because they're scrubs or just because lag. There's a reason you rarely see Fatality do it. But you're right.

The most honest character. Imagine if in Smash 5 he could cancel his falcon punch like Ryu can. Or if his D-air had half the landing lag. Or if he could cancel arial falcon kick into a raptor boost. Would Falcon be top tier?
I think Falcon Punch cancelling is too powerful, it can kill you at 60% (not reversed) and it being is more intimidation that Falcon doesn't need.
However I think he should be able to cancel Falcon Kick in some form or fashion to make it safe (perhaps make it a combo starter too?). That'll fix Falcon's problem with approaching and give Falcon kick purpose
Ti.G BS I’ve always been saying this, but grounded Falcon Kick should be able to be jumped out of when you stop moving, and aerial Falcon Kick should be like Wrastor’s from Rivals of Aether (Better landing option, better combo tool, can be used for ladder combos if you’re stupidly good at Falcon, etc.)

My favorite thing about UA-cam is getting that notification from MSC.
This is why I love Fatality. He isn't all "Yeah! Falcon is super macho man and he's on fire" type of Falcon main. *He is smart.* He knows exactly how to play Captain Falcon and all the tips and tricks he has. Possibly even more than Larry Lurr knowing how to play Fox or Abadango with Mewtwo. Yes he can bring up lots of hype, but that's literally only because he plays Falcon. And even though I hate watching Falcon in community montages due to how common he takes the spotlight, he's one of my favourites in Top level play. And that's largely because of Fatality.
Even though I am not interested in playing this character, I found this really interesting and fun to watch
And I'm here, with my Wii Classic Controller, with Falcon as my main. Nice video.

You actually can't bidou perfect pivot with the controls scheme I showed on screen. I made the correction in the description. Going to look into the control set up with tilt stick more, then add it in the description. Sorry about that.
Would you consider doing like a series of videos (or an hours-long video) covering all aspects os smash? Like a synthetic tutorial of the game covering every single game mechanic from the basics to advanced stuff?

I still yet don't appreciate how fast falcon is. I think he's fast because of the speedy nature of f-zero. Man I miss that series

I ran into a weird technique with greninja that you should make a video about. If greninja grabs the ledge and his feet move closer to his head during his ledge grab animation, move your control stick to the opposite direction from the stage and he will perform a wall jump. You can create edge guard situation or create a new ledge option. It is also really good with ledge trumps. This technique only works on stages with walls, or a small enough wall. I hope this gave you some good insight!

Fatality speaks very intelligently I never even knew! Definitely one of my favorite players! I main Marth/Lucina and secondary Falcon but I also have 0 intention of competing so it works for me lol I like watching the game more than anything!
