  • Today, we’ll compare side by side the viewpoints of the modern popes, and examine them in the light of Pope St. Pius X’s encyclical, Pascendi. Within the span of thirty minutes, we’ll see how the modern Church has perfectly followed the modernist playbook that Pope St. Pius X predicted just a hundred years before. Nearly every modern pronouncement from the Vatican has been perfectly predictable….

What a relief! A new episode! Thank you. BTW, I find Francis’ ramblings to be obscenities, not to be kept in the house for fear the children might stumble across them.

Wow! I didn't know that Pope Francis was so pagan! How do we get access to him? Isn't anyone telling him that he's just a hippy?

Again grateful for this series. The NO Mass and catechism classes I grew up in don’t explain these things. I have 4 children and would really like to teach them in this direction. Any suggestions?
BTW I’m in Tucson and am yet to make it to TLM (only one in the whole diocese) but hoping to get there soon.

At first you need to know the faith for yourself(e.g. Catechism) > ua-cam.com/play/PLQoMTiVwObk8bvPcOCNaHU_sOT1MkW_2y.html & that *there're many problems with the NO* > www.traditionalmass.org/issues/ & ua-cam.com/video/xeBO1YWQgSg/v-deo.html
There is actually a parish in your town: cmri.org/cmri-directory-of-traditional-latin-masses/#ARIZONA
I'd highly recommend to contact the priest before attending(Is your baptism/confirmation, etc valid?) God bless!

Great show! This has been a very good series. Thank you. Just a couple questions for clarification:
    1) Isn't that Unitatis Redintegratio quote at 19:57 referring to Christians (Protestants and Orthodox) and not pagans? Sure, Protestantism is a false religion, but most of them have valid baptisms (i.e. for those that do get baptized). Thus, it seems reasonable to conclude that a given Protestant or Orthodox Christian (the latter, of course, having a valid priesthood and sacraments) could be saved provided that they are not fully culpable of the mortal sin of their heresy or schism, respectively (only God can judge such culpability in a given individual, of course). The context around these quotes seemed to suggest that the document was saying ALL non-Christian religions can be means of salvation, but I don't think that's what U.R. was suggesting. Is this correct? (That being said, I would be willing to bet there are those priests and bishops, etc, that do believe such things about non-Christian religions.)
    2) The video seemed to be quoting from the preparatory documents to the Amazon Synod as coming from Pope Francis himself; however, if I'm not mistaken I believe these were written by someone else. Is this so?
Again, thank you very much for the great content! Most Holy Immaculata, pray for us!

David Stanton, fellow Scot here. Yes, when the churches aren't locked because of the alleged pandemic, the SSPX has chapels in Glasgow, Carluke and Edinburgh. Also, Immaculate Heart of Mary in Balornock in the north of Glasgow is the only diocesan parish which offers a daily TLM.

I highly appreciate your videos, which really help me understand why the Church is in the terrible crisis it is in at the moment. In my humble opinion, though, it would be fair to distinguish a little more (and more often) between different personalities in the "modernist" camp. Even if your aim is to explain the origins of the current crisis and to show how it is the result of a long process in which one thing led to the other, there are different "degrees" of error. For example, I can very well see the errors of John Paul II, but they are relatively "harmless" (if I may say so, even though they pepare the ground) compared with the heresies Francis is spreading. Many documents issued by "JP2" (partly under the influence of Josef Ratzinger) read like sound orthodox Catholic teaching when compared with the twisted, often hardly intelligible, pseudo-intellectual and dishonest word-salad that comes from the current "Pope". In an earlier episode of this series, Kasper, Küng, Guardini and Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) are all named as alumni of the modernist department of theology at the University of Tübingen, without a word about the theological chasm that divides the former two from the latter two, in my opinion. (I have read Benedict's book "Jesus of Nazareth" and am currently reading Guardini's book "The Lord". I know a few things about Kasper and Küng that do not make me want to read their books.) To be fairer to the more orthodox "Modernists" - couldn't you do a podcast about these differences for "conservative" NO Catholics with sympathies for the SSPX?

I might add to my previous comment that, at around 22:00, you simply state that JP2, Benedict and Francis organised the (in)famous Assisi meetings. As far as I know, Josef Ratzinger made JP2 change the format (and actual events) of these meetings and then conducted them very differently himself, in accordance with his own conclusions concerning the nature and limits of interreligious dialogue and especially interreligious prayer. Mind you, he published "Dominus Deus", for which he was severely criticised in the modernist world!

Re: 22:08 Isn’t the point of baptism and then confirmation to receive the Holy Spirit?

    • @majorpuggington
      @majorpuggington 2 роки тому

Yes we do receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the most fundamental manner in Baptism. Baptism of course washes away the Original Sin we inherit through propagation, it constitutes us as a member of the Mystical Body of Christ, the Church and makes us a coheir with Christ, the Firstborn of the dead. Concupiscence remains in us, a tendency toward sin and so Confirmation and bestows Gifts of the Holy Spirit to strengthen Christians for the rigors of life in Christ. The Eucharistic Sacrifice with our participation & worthy reception of Holy Communion rounds out our Initiation as a full member and puts us in tangible contact with the Risen Lord.

So, Modernists would have a hard time with the understanding of eternity. Not that I can get my head around eternity, but, the Modernists seem to like to change things for the sake of leaving a mark or a desire to oppose what the generations before them did. What will the Modernists be opposing in 70 years? Everything they believe in now, I suppose!

When a Buddhist meditates he is NOT praying. He is simply practicing what they call mindfulness. There is no praise, petitioning, or worship of God.

Total misunderstanding of the crusades. And sin is a disorder.of God's order. But if one thinks all religions are willed by God then converting someone would be a sin. This is madness. This also means that the Apostles were sinning when Peter exhorted the crowds at Pentacost to be baptized and follow a religion contrary to Judaism, unless they put in the qualifier that the only conversion allowable is of the Jews. Of course they would never convert anyone so there are holes and flaws in this elevation of ecumenism as a means of sanctification.

The reason for not taking the miracles literally, is that if you do, you have to believe that hundreds of dead people were walking around jerusalem, after the resurrection, but the only people who thought this worth recording were jesus's disciples. It makes more sense not to take the claim that the dead were walking around jerusalem literally.
